“Roof and material looked nice . It was done in a day . Only issue is the cleanliness. They left a lot of left over sheathing and shingles in my attic . All over my insulation. I asked them at the beginning of the day to make sure it gets cleaned up . They said they are good with that . Of coarse when i check the next day , it was disgusting . I reached out to manager and i had got no response . You pay triple the amount for a quick job and a terrible clean up . Now i have to finish the job . Thanks ..”

“I will start off by saying the employees I dealt with were very pleasant people and tried to do the best they could with what they were given but unfortunately they are lacking in infrastructure on how to deal with customer service issues. I had placed an order that a store employee accidentally canceled when I was calling to cancel a different order. Upon trying to fix the issue it was found the item was no longer in stock and they were unable to reorder the item. The item was on sale for a great price and I wanted to ensure I would still be able to get it at the price I was purchasing it for. I was told however they do not do rain check’s even for special circumstances such as this when the employee made a mistake that affects the customer but the employee said they would leave it with manager who would reach out to me. 2 weeks later and nothing back. I was able to eventually reorder the item but it is now another 2 weeks I have to wait and I am without a washer/dryer in addition to the 3 hours I wasted on the phone with everything. I tried contacting the general Lowe’s customer service number but the representative just gave me attitude, told me there was nothing she could do and even lied to me to try and get me off the phone. Lowe’s does not have a customer service email so apparently I’m just at a loss over an employee mistake, very frustrating.”

The mechanic, Nick, was even early to install the dishwasher and was super thorough to make sure the appliance was secure in its place. He did an amazing job!!
