The self closing piston interferes with the range of adjustment. If you want self closing then you probably need a door approximately 1/4” bigger than the website recommends. I switched to manual close and they are great”

“We love our Beverly double entry doors with the rain glass! Arrived packaged so well, not a scratch on them. The contractors were a bit intimidated at first by the weight but the frame was simple to install and they couldn't believe how easy installation was after unpacking. They were done in 30 minutes. Doors fit perfectly with just a tiny bit of adjusting. The contractors couldn't stop raving about the quality, beauty, ease of install and the price was way less than they guessed. They've been doing high-end remodels/builds for 30+ years and said this was one of the nicest doors they had ever seen. 1000% recommend. (Pics are without locks/handles and unfinished drywall/stucco around the edges.)”

We went in to the San Diego showroom and met Alex, who answered our questions and was very nice and knowledgeable. We took two samples home, and made our final decision. Because the San Diego location was closer to home, so we accepted an offer to have the roll sent to the SD location for us to pick up. Upon pickup, we were rather unprepared (in a borrowed truck to boot) and Alex and Renee went above and beyond to help us load the turf to get it home safely. “Purchased a new Reliance water heater 12 days ago and it has failed. I called Friedmans and the manager told me through the person that answered the phone that I had to call the manufacturer of the water heater. Friedmans only sells them and any issues have to be taken care of by the manufacturer. Friedmans will not replace it. I called the manufacturer and their not going to replace it either. Instead their sending me new parts to fix the brand new water heater. I will have to pay a plumber to replace the gas valve and thermopile. Of course I'll have no hot water until the parts come and I can get a plumber to come out. Easy, just go without a shower for a few days. What a way to do business. I'll never buy anything at Friedmans again. Tired of the gouging prices on everything they sell anyway. Wish there was a zero stars on these reviews.”
