“There was a power outage that started yesterday. We decided to go to bunnings to get a light as we spent the night in darkness, not being able to see, with scared children. We went to the entrance to be stopped by a bunnings employee. He asked us why we were here. I said "we have come here to-" then he immediately cut me off. He said "only essential stuff" and told us to leave. I thought it was extremely rude and unprofessional, not even being able to finish answering a question that He had asked us. There were many people walking out with lights and torches (and other items) so I didn't understand why he responded that way. Now we have nothing. Do better.”

“Met the team at the Dandenong store, top quality customer service, able to get stock in quickly, helped load our new ride on mower onto trailer after a thorough walk through of the mower. The salesman at the Melbourne Home Show was extremely honest with all pros and cons of each mower which helped us make our decision. Certainly didn’t try up sell us to something we didn’t need either which was terrific. Would certainly recommend the Big Red Shed Mowers to all our community! (Travelled over 6 hours in total to pick it up and take it home, well worth it for the service!)”

“Update: Matt the regional manager reached out to us and offered us a partial refund! He was awesome! If not for Matt. Stratco would receive a 1 rating. Could not be more annoyed with Stratco throughout the whole process! ordering was great until the day before delivery when i was told part of my order is not available any more. Driving 4.5 hours to meet onsite so shed could be placed in a safe and reasonable area. Constantly being told it would be delivered for over a week and no one turning up. as well as paying someone to be on site two of these days "$600", we stayed 3 days especially for this, two days after going back home i get a phone call from the truck diver saying he cant get up the drive and will leave it as best as he can. The $15000 order was left half on the nature strip precareously balancing from the middle. If the truck driver actually new what he was doing he would of reversed up "instead of destroying my driveway" and been able to leave it in a safe place. I had to pay $300 for my order to be relocated. Then came all the missing items and damaged items. which took weeks to arrive. Overall my experience with Stratco has been shocking...”
