“Food is good and fresh. I unfortunately had a bad customer service experience. I ordered 3 wings and 3 tenders in total. I received 6 wings and 6 tenders. I was also charged for it. It was a miscommunication, I also understand they were very busy and mistakes like this do happen but I felt like they weren't very apologetic and kinda gave off a bit of an attitude and they could've offered a refund for the additional chicken on their mistake. I would be happy to return the extra chicken. I don't think people should be paying extra for a mistake they made on their part. I still recommend people to come here for good food. However, please just be mindful of what you've ordered and how much you've paid. Always reconfirm the order to ensure everything is correct.”

“I’ve been meaning to do this review for a long time now but, I have been a customer of Burgerfiend since around 2018 onwards and could never fault them for anything. Their burgers are amazing! Even if I may get the same one every time 😂 I started off with their Fiend Burger, progressed to the double and during last year they knew who would be calling when I asked for the Triple Fiend. Their service has always been great and it always brightened my day seeing Marlene and Matt in there if I happened to be ordering as well as all the other lovely staff who couldn’t believe I could eat their Triple Fiend. I absolutely love their new location and have still yet to go into Samasama but I bet it’s great too! I have so many photos of the burgers I’ve gotten here so I’m just gonna post them along with this review 😁”

“Local burger joint - Massive burgers at a reasonable price. One orders up front and they bring it out to you. Burgers and chicken sandwiches were very large portions as were the fries. I am American and couldn’t finish the burger and fries - didn’t all my Aussie mates have a field day with that one! I took it in stride though and just waddled out of there with a big satisfied smile on my face.”

“Even on a 41 degrees day, my meal was so delicious. Friendly staff, food came out within about 6 minutes. Best American type burger I've had here in Australia. Plenty of US sodas to choose from. I got the Cheezy - E burger. It was delicious. The meat tastes like it is caremilsed on the outside which makes it extremely tasty. The pickles were the best and the potato bun - delicious. The loaded fries were a massive serve and were very well seasoned. I loved the taste of the American cheese on the fries. I'll be visiting again.”

Both the larger and ginger beer had the "sour" flavour created through a specific brewing method. I can appreciate the sour flavour but I prefer easy drinking simple larger. “We came a day after boxing day so no food trucks in the venue. We had nice beers and a cheese platter. The cheese are delicious and the beers taste great. The staff is nice. It's a dog friendly place and we enjoyed our visit. Plus side for Tesla owners, they do have a destination charger installed and we got juice for our car too while we were drinking beers.”

“Great food with good portion sizes at an affordable price. Ordered the big grub single and jnr grub. The staff are more than happy to switch a bun and wrap in lettuce when you’re sensitive to gluten. The burgers were fresh and tasted good with fresh chips that have enough salt on them. The staff are have great customer service all polite and hardly a wait for food. Always a good go to when wanting a quick bite that won’t disappoint. The new store at Redbank plains has plenty of seating and looks great.”

“The vibe at Betty’s Burger is amazing, with the aesthetic really rocking it’s name, with a nice touch of colours and kind of a rustic feel. Though I did have some concerns— their burgers (we had the Classic and Crispy Chicken burgers) weren’t that good. While it was cooked to perfection, and it had sauce on it, it just didn’t really taste like anything much, I’d say it needs more seasoning or more sauce. My friends also said the same about theirs. The staff are also long to get to, while I understand they’re cleaning tables, but we were waiting for 5 minutes before someone talked to us (keep in mind there were open tables that were clean before we got there). We also had to ask for water and bring a jug and cups ourselves, rather than them bringing it to us. I’m not sure if this is their company policy or they just forgot but yeah.”

“I got a miso mushroom halloumi burger and it wasn’t bad. I enjoyed the sauce and the halloumi was nice and charred. However, the bread was a bit too toasted for my liking. A slightly less dry bread would be nice, but to each their own perhaps. However, my bread wasn’t nearly as bad as my partner’s BBQ bacon cheeseburger! The bun was too toasted - the texture was unpleasant to eat (hard, crunchy and drier). And the burger pattie was not big/wide enough for the bun. You had to get a mouthful of only bread before you reached the pattie. And his chips serving looked quite small. We compared it to a companion who had bought the same burger and his quality seemed better. Even the chips serving looked more rewarding. The varied consistency is disappointing, between the same meal, as well as different meals. It would also be nice if they had a place for us to get our own water. I think overall, given the price of the burgers, the quality for all the burgers coupled with the lack of consistency was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t terrible but I would recommend avoiding the cheese and bacon burger. Plenty of people and families were there too, and nice and clean bathrooms.”

“So dropping in today on our way to victor for a late lunch. It was very busy, hard to get a park close to the building. Lovely and warm inside as you enter. Friendly staff ready to take your orders before you get a chance to even look at the menu. Ordered hot chocolates, fish and chips and chicken snitty and chips. First the hot chocolates were delicious with a real marshmallow. Chips on both plates were generous and very soft inside and a very light crunchy texture on the edges, just how i love it. A lovely garden salad with lots of cucumber but not enough lettuce for me but i love my lettuce and a tasty dressing over it. Now the chicken snitty was lovely and moist inside and a beautiful golden crunchy tasty outside, i was in heaven with my yummy gravy. Sadly the fish was a 50/50. It was cooked lovely inside but the batter was soft and chewy, maybe it was cooked too early and left in a baine marie but who knows. I would definitely be going back but not ordering the fish again. Ow and so glad I ordered extra gravy as i still ran out. Clearly a hit with all the older locals as it was flat out inside, so we chose to sit outside where it was quite.”
