Our server, Darlene, was also absolutely phenomenal. She was so very kind and attentive - and thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu and all of the restaurant’s offerings. The drinks were fantastic (collectively we had margaritas, the EB, and the Sazerac). The food was pretty good, although the drinks were definitely the highlight. They give massive portion sizes for the prices, and I really enjoyed the grouper enchiladas. I highly recommend checking this place out!”

Though the team mentioned they scaled back their menu due to staffing shortages, the menu still offered a lot of good choices. The jackfruit tacos were a unique menu item that we haven't seen before in this area - and seriously tasty. We also tried the loaded fries with pulled pork which was delicious. For dessert, we had the cast iron cookie, which came out incredibly hot, but a great treat! The beers were also awesome - we tried the Undercover Mother milkshake IPA as well as the peach vanilla sour. Definitely recommend both. Even though it's been a tough run for many restaurants lately, MGCB is still going strong! Looking forward to stopping back in the future!”

“Right by the bridge with pretty easy access and nice view. The food was ok. Not great, but good. The hotdog with chili was a bit of a disappointment and it was not finished. Cheeseburger was better than another hot dog place that I checked out recently. The fries and onion rings were the highlight of the meals. Sitting outside is nice, but with its obvious issues of cars and noise and whatnot. Inside feels cramped, but if it rains at least you have a place to eat and it isn't exclusively a pick up only place. The customer service, while limited interactions, they were nice.”

Unlike most restaurants they don’t advertise the weight of the burger and it was obvious why. For $18 it was about 1/4 # patty in a big bun. The hot honey chicken sandwich also had a very small piece of chicken for the price. Overall disappointed with this visit and don’t plan to return.”
