“I was a fan of snack shack since it's opening days in marikina where half-pound burgers would cost around 225 with fries and iced tea. Still a fan today even though it costs 400 a meal. Even when the price shot up, quality of the burgers are still the same and still unbeatable to this day.”

“Wife and I ate here the other day and I got a Nashville style Chicken Burrito which was actually really good and the size was fantastic! The staff are great, very friendly and always checkin in on you to make sure you're good to go! I'm only giving this place 4 stars because they don't accept cards and although its location is very accessible and convenient.. It's right across the street from De La Salle University making it a hot spot for college kids which makes sense! But.. When my wife and I entered the place, it was quite and peaceful.. Then within 15 minutes, swarms of college kids came in and the place became louder than a rock show and it kinda ruined my dinner date with my wife to have to sit in a rather crowded restaurant with a bunch of annoyingly loud college kids.. Zark's Burger's itself, the food is 5 stars! The fact they don't accept card though, that's a negative and this particular location can be a bit noisy and rather crowded.. I've only eaten here a couple times in the past and each time. This has happened.. Probably won't be choosing dine-in at this location again.”

“They diddnt get anything right about our order…. They asked if we want cheesy or normal fries, but in the end, they diddnt add it to our order and we had to reorder it. And when we got our fries, it wasnt even salted or warm. Our shack burgers were greasy as and super salty. The 50-50 tasted yuck and the coke was flat. I wanted to enjoy this since my partner has been craving burgers but it was so disappointing, we diddnt finish our meal. Never going back or going to any of their chains.”

“First time to visit this store branch, improvements is open for better communications and harmony to have a good relation. I don't feel like hospitality is experience when I visited the store. Speaker music is kinda annoying distorted sounds and needs fixing to have a better music... Anyway thank you for the service. Hope in the future if I visit this store there'll be changes...”
