“I don’t eat burgers too much but this past weekend, it was the move. I ordered the Smith Burger and cheese fries. I added tobacco peppers on the burger to make it spicy, because I love spicy food! It was really good, definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. The flavor was all there. Now the cheese fries were a tad bit overrated for me. Some seasoning may have done them some justice. They weren’t anything special and it was a bit cold when we got them since we had to wait for someone to come to the bar. Now when a customer says they have a pickup and the greeter says go to the bar but there’s no one at the bar, it would make sense to maybe try and see if they can find an employee to get the pickup? Other than that, it was a decent choice for dinner”

“So I had the pub fries which were really filling, the seafood linguine had great flavor, wasn't a lot for the price, and the contender burger with sweet potato fries, which was a nice size and flavorful. Please excuse the photos. I did not take them. I had a bad camera man...lol and unfortunately, I did not get a picture of the burger. It is a return to try something else, though, when Im in the area.”

“I’ve been to this place off an on for years. The menu has usually been a little boring for me and then the food was middle of the road and not worth reordering. The burger was always a safe bet because it’s one of the best in town. The dinner tonight was really fantastic. The cocktails were however a miss. I tried some that I’ve never had there so maybe that’s on me 0/3. The winner of the night was the food. The shrimp and grits was perfect albeit a smaller portion. The Brussels sprouts were also spot on perfect. They’re not your normal boring sprouts, and it’s a big enough portion to share or to turn into a meal. Looking forward to my next outing here.”

“I am new to the Shreveport area. I'm always looking for a great place to eat for lunch and so far I haven't been impressed with the area. However, Eddie's changed that today. I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. They had music playing, friendly staff and it was very clean including the restroom. The restaurant is also decorated nicely. I ordered the catfish plate and it was perfect. The fish was delicious. I usually am not impressed by anyone's fish other than my own but I must say Eddie's has me beat. The tartar sauce was also good and I appreciate them for including 2 on my plate because I hate running out of sauce. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any peach cobbler. But I definitely plan to return and will hopefully get to try it next time.”
