“Would definitely suggest the pass for anyone visiting Chicago, especially if you are going to stay for 5 days or more. Wish they have more options to let us go to a place again. Chicago has great many places and this pass gives you the opportunity to visit upto 5 of them for less than half the price of visiting them individually.”

“First day on City Sightseeing New Orleans bus and walking tour package. We didn't get a card for bus speaker, but she was informative. Walking tour of Garden District with Alan was great, and he didn't rush us. Next on the bus was Chris, and he was outstanding. We could really tell he loves his job. We finished with the walking tour of French Quarter with Mary. She was very interesting and really knew the area and the history. She was also patient with the other people we walked with, one of whom didn't speak English very well. She gave the translator time to relay the information and any questions that were presented. Overall an outstanding day.”

“Fantastic tour and guides! I took the tour mostly to visit the lighthouse but it turned out to be so much more. We stopped at multiple launch sites, a couple of small museums and even a quick stop at a beautiful uncrowded beach. Kevin was our driver and Karen was our guide. She grew up in the area and it was great hearing stories of all of the excitement she lived through. There was so much to see and learn. Well worth your time!”

“DO-NOT-RECOMMEND!! The times listed online are inaccurate, ONLY found out because I called to double check. The staff lacks clear communication and professionalism. Purchased a $38.00 ticket to Central Camionera in TJ ONLY to be left stranded in the San Ysidro crossing along w several other people. The whole process was confusing, frustrating, and scary. Imagine my shock when I learned I was left behind stranded in ANOTHER country??? Then I reached out to customer service, and their representative was trying to argue/justify the situation. Also doubted what I was reporting. Overall just careless, and reckless and super unsafe. Save ya coins and ride Greyhound.!! ZERO STARS”

“If you're looking for unreliable service, hostile customer support, and a transportation agency that doesn't care about the well being of their clientele then Omniride is the agency for you. Omniride, if they run so few buses that it's standing room only on the way home that's what they call 'safe'. The one good thing? If you hit a car in their parking lot they will be inordinately reticent to provide your information to the person you hit so if they have any kind of busy schedule you'll get off Scott free.”
