“Plent lit place to hop on or go down the bus, plenty of taxi and angkas riders in front. They have free CR at the back of the terminal. Too bad they are too far from Cubao farmers plaza, a bit of a walk. Best and nearest terminal to go travelling up north if you are coming from SM north EDSA.”

“UPDATE: Refund was confirmed to be processed last Aug 16 and as of today, Aug 31, refund is still not reflected!!! Booked the ticket through their website for MV St Therese of the Child Jesus. Schedule was Thursday, Aug 10 11:30pm. Come Thursday, they sent a message informing the schedule was delayed and is now on Friday, Aug 11 3:30pm. Come Friday, they have e-ticket and WOULD STILL REQUIRE YOU TO PRINT IT. Oh no problem, their ticket office in Manila will print it for you. Went to the ticket office, swarms of people are waiting for myriads of reasons. No organization, no sense of urgency. Guards are trying their best to calm people down but when I peeked at their windows, OFFICE STAFF ARE PLAYING WITH THEIR PHONES, SOME ARE JUST SITTING DOWN DOING NOTHING. So one of the customers knocked on the window and finally their staff is now printing the tickets. Problem solved right, but it does not end there. Terminal fee is 105php for a terminal that is very hot, and dirty. Idk where the fee is going?? Even restrooms are wet and dirty af. So now waiting game at the port, only for 2go to announce THAT THE VESSEL WILL BE DELAYED AGAIN DUE TO OPERATIONAL CONCERNS. NEW SCHEDULE IS SATURDAY, AUG 12 3:00 AM. JUST PERFECT, NO PRIOR NOTICE, NONE WHATSOEVER THRU TEXT TO SAVE THE HASSLE OF COMING TO THE PORT. So at this point, Im like Ive had it, Ill just fly and ask for refund. Their first message told me anyway I will get a refund without surcharge. Cool, Ill just do that. Called their customer service, only to be told I NEED TO REQUEST THE REFUND THROUGH EMAIL AND ANOTHER TEAM WIL PROCESS IT. And since I used my card, when the team will respond to my email and I “agree” to the terms of the refund, It will take 7-15 business days for my refund to be processed. Not only that, they will also deduct the Web service fee. I mean, what service??!!!? (I will update this if ever I get my refund at all) To sum up, when you book, they take your money in seconds, inconveniences you for delayed schedules and does not value your time nor give you options and resolutions. Poor customer service and very slow processing for refund, poor communication. DEFINITELY NOT IN ANY WAY WILL EVER CONSIDER THEM AGAIN. NEVER AGAIN.”
