“I placed an order for raffle tickets last Wednesday and was told to pick up the order on Friday. Paid in full on Wednesday. I didn’t pick up on Friday as time didn’t permit me to so I instead went the following Monday. I arrive to find out that my order was not completed and was told to come back later in the day. I was informed the reason why my order wasn’t complete is because I never “ok” the final proof… No one reached out and said anything about a final proof, no phone call, email or text. So how am I supposed to know about final proofing on raffle tickets? The person who took my order never said anything of that nature just pick up your order on Friday. Ok, mistakes happen my biggest issue is not only have you impeded on my time but your lack of accountability and customer service is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I paid for a service that was to be completed by a specific time frame and it wasn’t and the only response I got was “ oh it was a lack of communication” not it’s our fault we apologize I’ll rush your order no nothing. Just come back later. Smh I will never do business with you guys again moving forward. Learn customer service, take accountability for your actions and treat your customers accordingly. In short Do Better”

I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm changing my registered agent service to a new firm. Marc has not responded to multiple emails and at least 3 calls during normal business hours. I'm wondering if he's out of business, but if not, then something is up. He used to be very responsive, so this is a change that is quite recent.”

“It’s not $99/mo. They aren’t transparent with their pricing. I was charged almost $4K and then another $160 charge that was just random. But that’s not it… if you want help with a job description, they charge for that too. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. They will not communicate via email. I need to cancel and they called me 5 min before our appt while I was in a meeting. I called back at the appointment time and no one answered and I never received a return call after I left a voicemail. I’m still trying to cancel but the only way to do that is to talk to your manager which you have to schedule a meeting with. I give it a 2 start because the HR policies that we created with Bambee where good and helpful. The customer service and pricing transparency has ruined the experience for me.”
