“It’s not $99/mo. They aren’t transparent with their pricing. I was charged almost $4K and then another $160 charge that was just random. But that’s not it… if you want help with a job description, they charge for that too. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. They will not communicate via email. I need to cancel and they called me 5 min before our appt while I was in a meeting. I called back at the appointment time and no one answered and I never received a return call after I left a voicemail. I’m still trying to cancel but the only way to do that is to talk to your manager which you have to schedule a meeting with. I give it a 2 start because the HR policies that we created with Bambee where good and helpful. The customer service and pricing transparency has ruined the experience for me.”
