The area where subs etc are made is inexpensive & the staff are beyond helpful & friendly. The women’s restroom had a terrible BO odor for weeks, though that has been remedied. One less star as I was informed management was not allowing cashier? or perhaps all staff to take a restroom break when needed mid shift. That’s a no go management & you need to turn that ship around once this is read if that’s still happening. Do you as management want a UTI? That’s what happens when you continue to do that. That’s coming from a manager that held it for years because it was unprofessional to “leave the floor”. It’s a different world now & you need all the staff you can get &/or maintain in the lakes region.”
