“After several days eating pasta, pizza and sea food I needed to eat beef or steak in a good restaurant here in Olbia I found the restaurante Don Carlos where they offer cuts of Argentine beef among others plates mainly from US To my surprise the wide range of wine offered comes from Cerdeña (excellent) and also great wines from Argentina And finally, the dessert we ate tartufins of dark chocolate (Delicious) The waiters are so professionals managed several languages and coming to the table at the right moment, just when you really need it It has been a great experience Fully recommendable”
