“My wife and I stumbled across this place after taking a class further up the street. The Staff was incredibly helpful and patient with us when trying to translate the items on their menu. We had the gnocchi in tomato sauce and the peposa all'impruneta. They were both so good we had to tell the chef processing our bill that it was the best meal we had on this trip to Florence. We will definitely be back to try some other dishes.”

“An amazing place to visit if your a foodie. Historical Macelleria that produces huge amounts of cured meats and cheeses. We purchased some meats and cheeses to enjoy during our trip in Tuscany. The square is quite lively with lots of great stores to explore. We had espresso at a bakery/bar on two mornings with delicious pastries.”

“We followed Bülent Ersoy’s recommendation 😁 and stopped by this place on our way to Florence. The steak is amazing. They also have a very tasty vegetarian dish, gnudi, which is full of ricotta cheese and spinach, and also carciofi fritti (fried artichoke). The service and hospitality is very nice. They serve Prosecco as a welcome gift. Overall, this place made our Italy trip much more enjoyable 🙂”
