“A true innovation with Mexican roots. That's how I'd define Café Garat. They don't discard buttery pastry or the now standard sizing of coffee beverages. They nonetheless have created a curious yet palatable offer of drinks with Mexican chilli and other strong spices in them. To the typical Earl Gray I drink Garat adds lavender. Not bad! Plus prices are very reasonable for the Polanco area.”

“I came for a quick snack and got the SUMMER DRINK! It was fresh and delicious for the heat currently in Monterrey, there were other students studying there but I found a spot without issue! It is also very near campus :)”

“Excellent place for horror lovers!”

“Nice atmosphere and delicious food! A bit loudy if you want to telework there, not recommended for that. I had the Mina bread, which is vegan, and the portion was big. But I had to order the smoothie bowl because I really wanted to try it and it was worth it! If you are vegan ask for the plant based milk choice because I didn’t realize and I think it was made with regular milk.”

“This cafe is inside MetaPatio. So there are several other restaurants inside in a cool interpretation of a food court. Cafe Esoterica does have a separate little nook that's uniquely decorated and very casual. I tried a few of their signature drinks and they were all unique flavors I've never experienced with coffee and I will definitely return to try out the rest! There is a selection of food, pastries, drinks, and cocktails.”
Blvd. Tepic-Xalisco 150-Int. 20, Los Fresnos, 63185 Tepic, Nay., Mexico
“Do not come to eat here, the food is a joke. The portions are small and the food is salty (I had chilaquiles). We hope the coffee is better…”

“Stopped in to Pigmento Cafe on my first visit to Guadalajara, and was pleasantly surprised. Great food, coffee, staff, and atmosphere. I will put this on my list of places to visit when I come back to GDL!!”

“I've been to the one in Madrid a couple of times and dare I say that this CDMX San Gines is better than the original. Very pretty and comfortable ambience, quick service and the porras, churros y chocolate were made to perfection. The chocolate were slightly thicker than the one I had in Madrid, most likely coz I told the lady that I want to use it as a dip. The churros and porras were hot and the grease were bearable. Their menu has many other things including breakfast items, tapas etc. But we were there just for the chocolate so we didn't try other things. Highly recommend and will definitely return.”
C. Manuel López Cotilla 1539, Col Americana, Lafayette, 44150 Guadalajara, Jal., Mexico
“This location is good if you're just looking for some good coffee/tea, the place feels comfortable with a good ambience and a not so loud background music to have a conversation, clean and an excellent service, they even got some pastries and sweets to go along with the coffee/tea but if you're hungry, this is not your place.”
La Costa 118, 77509 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico
“Best boba tea in Cancun, I've been to plenty, this is the best, hands down. The service is wonderful, last time I was here there was a kind person behind the counter who offered my toddler a free sampling because she wanted a marshmallow. The hachiko waffles are absolutely amazing, I've tried the taro and pastry cream. Just delicious!”
Río Nazas 50, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Ciudad de México, CDMX, Mexico
“I wonder why I hadn't posted about this place. Perhaps I just wanted it all by myself and didn't want more people coming on weekends and increase the waiting time. ANYWAY. I love Casa del Fuego. This is the place I take people who visit me for breakfast. Coffee is not my thing (i'm happy with a regular latte), but if it is your thing, this is even more the place you need to visit. They are SERIOUS about their coffee: sources and technique. Now, the food: great salmon bagels, great avo toast and a must-try filled tomato. I'm sure you'll hear about their secret menu: caramelized banana french toast or the rum&pear toast. Try both and thank me later. The only downside: waiting to get a table and waiting even more to get served. Service is SLOW (but worth the wait).”

“Was kicked out after staying for about an hour because I wasn’t ordering more things (the place was mostly empty also), and I didn’t get to finish my drink. The espresso here is also very subpar. I recommend other coffee shops nearby (just search on google and there are many that are higher rated!). Not sure if it’s because I don’t look local or if I didn’t understand there’s a minimum spend or maybe the staff or manager were having a bad day? Regardless wanted to share my experience for others to be aware.”
