“I left a sign on the stairs telling me not to go up to the 2nd floor and waited for over 10 minutes, but no clerk came. I couldn't bear it anymore, so I snuck up and asked the clerk if I could sit down, but the clerk frowned and completely ignored me. In the end, I couldn't even sit down and left. Please note. .. Their service was the worst. There is a notice that you not go upstairs but wait until they call you, but no one called us while we were waiting there for 10 minutes. We even asked them if we could have a seat, but they just ignored us and didn't offer any service.”
