“First time trying Mitchell’s cafe and it was delightful. Starting with the food and it was fresh and delicious. I love some fresh bread and we got the fresh made sandwiches. I got the chicken pesto and the wife got the egg salad sandwich. The both sandwiches tasted amazing and the ingredients were freshly sourced. Cappuccino was very frothy and was only 1/2 cup full. The service was very friendly and a lot attention was paid to the details. The atmosphere was pretty old School rustic looking with outdoor seating suitable for summer dining in. Some indoor tables would be nice to sit Down and enjoy the sandwiches! Overall good service and would Definitely eat there again!”

“Came on Father's Day for brunch and only had to wait 5-minutes to be seated (make sure you go to the front and get on their list). Due to limited staff, you'll need to also order at the front too. Food was reasonable priced and good. Sausages were extremely salty and didn't touch the water since the cups smelled funky. Overall, good experience and might resort to take-out next time.”

The poutine was pretty tasty but everything else was hard to finish. The chicken fingers were rock hard (overcooked) and the burger was flavourless. Would still come back to enjoy a coffee and the view during the summer!”

“Perfect start into the day with a breakfast at Trailhead Café. Big Breakfast (Eggs your way, toast, hash browns, sausage or ham or bacon) and a Carrot Pineapple Loaf (10/10). All of it was just so delicious. Freshly prepared. Great ingredients. Cappuccino and Latte were good as well. 😍 Service was kind and friendly. Recommend it when being around in Lake Louise. Inside and outside possibilities to sit. Recommend outside, as it is very small and the kitchen and counter to order are kinda right next to you.”

“I got a hot chocolate, didn't taste anything like hot chocolate. It was about 5 dollars, and it looked cute, but once again it didn't taste like hot chocolate. It didn't taste like milk or water either, it just tasted bad like really messed up coffee. I didn't say anything while I was there because I have really bad anxiety and I was already in a bad mood that day. Either way, the hot chocolate was bad. The Banana bread I got was awesome though, some of the best Banana bread I've had, might go back for more Banana bread, but that's be it.”

“Lots of seating outside for bikers,Walkers, not so much inside, but good selection of bakes, drinks and ices, great little rustic style building and internal cabin feel. No real catering for disabled buggies or chairs, although parking is approx 50yds away. Service is prompt and efficient and a little cut and dried and the place can be very busy so atmosphere tends to suffer a little. The art installation next door informative and interesting and the local plans for development will make a great difference to the local flora and fauna. Overall a great place to stop while passing through.”

“The world needs more coffee shops like this, beautiful aesthetic spaces with damn good espresso. The high ceiling and lovely corner spots as well as the outside space make this a wonderful spot for all, couples, solo, getting some work done. I had a fabulous americano misto, and their chocolate and other offerings are great too. Wonderful warm service. Such a great spot if you love a Cafe experience at coffee prices.”

“Weeds café has got good coffee, a cosy and welcoming atmosphere, nice decor and good baked treats, where it lost points was with the less than friendly staff, with the two gentlemen on staff seemingly going for the sullen and sulky barista of the year award. Only the lady on staff seemed capable to eek out a smile. Probably best to greet customers with a neutral expression rather than a frown. However on the whole, its a nice place.”

“I just stopped by here because I was in the area, and I usually google top rated coffee shops near me and try them out. I'm so VERY happy that I did! The staff are so polite, and the sit-in area is very cool. I tried a coconut coffee and one of their Salted Egg cups with cheese and shredded pork and both were amazing (hard to put words to the combination of flavors - savory and sweet at the same time - incredible). I ended up buying 2 more egg cups to take them home for my family. I'll be back!”

“Came to eat here for there Saturday night dinner. Restaurant was very clean and roomy with a relaxed atmosphere. It was perfect for my birthday date night. Waitress for were very kind and helpful.
