Some people often get frustrated with their food service wait times, but True Grounds has a pretty small staff with small kitchen space, and some impatient folks don't have realistic expectations, in my opinion. Starbucks should give the employees the option for them to turn off mobile orders because this shop was clearly overwhelmed by that and the drive through. I never got my order after ordering in person and had to go up and ask again. I waited another ten minutes before finally getting my order which was not right. They did give me a $4 gift card which I appreciate but honestly would have rather just got my money back.”

“A busy cafe for office workers and students. I came here for lunch during typical lunch rush hour. It was a busy place with almost every chair full. If you’re coming for lunch, either come early or get to go. I got the veggie breakfast burrito. I really liked the texture of the eggs. They were so soft! The avocado added some smoothness, and the tomatoes had a nice crunch. The dill was a nice surprise that added depth to the burrito. Overall, a very tasty breakfast burrito with lots of healthy, fresh ingredients. I also got a lemon square as a treat. The lemon filling tasted a bit artificial, but the top and bottom were perfectly crisp.”
