“I've been to many cafes for breaky! Chase farm is top of my list, it may not be the cheapest, but it makes up for it, by being a clean spaces environment, very polite staff, always smiling! And excellent customer service ( I even get hot milk with my tea without even having to ask for it now!) As for the breakfast, it's always perfectly cooked and presented. So a shout out to the chefs, and as for taste of the food, always just delicious... to all the staff at chase farm please continue to do what you do, it very much appreciated... see you 1/1/24”

“Discovering this charming brunch spot was a delight, perfect for both solo outings and groups like ours (a party of 7). Upon entering, Tamu was extremely busy , and finding a seat was a challenge. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They suggested a 15-20 minute wait, offering us the choice of waiting outside or in our car. To our surprise, they even served us hot chocolate while we waited, showcasing their thoughtful hospitality 🫶🏽 Now, onto the main attraction – the food. We went for the salmon Avo and French toast, just like the tempting photos which I’ve shared. The flavors were exquisite, making the 20-minute wait in the chilly 🥶 outdoors entirely worthwhile. If you find yourself in the vicinity of TaMu, it's a must-try for a delightful dining experience.”

“****Naming and shaming here**** Visited today as highly recommend with 2 adult family members. Ordered food it still hadn't arrived after 28 mins as we were on a tight schedule to attend an appointment, so we had to leave. My daughter had asked several times "How long the food was going to be?" When we explained we couldn't wait any longer, the woman bent down to my daughter SPRAYING SPIT in her face as she spoke to her, and refused our refund. My daughter has a hidden disability, she was polite and reasonable until you SPAT in her face. Yes, you were busy, but your rudeness was disgusting and that my daughter had to announce very loud "Stop spitting in my face and your very rude". Your customer service WAS a disgrace, then when my daughter spoke up, she was pushed and shoved several times towards the door. Thats PHYSICAL ASSAULT. Being so close to spray spit in her face, how much more unhygienic could you get, invading her personal space, its vile. You DEMANDING we have the food as a take away , when we had sat at a dirty table for over 30 minutes. Where we were enroute to has a no food policy. NO, NO AND NO. Your staff lied on it being the next table, when everyone else had been served. Refusing a refund, you hadn't even given us our food. THEFT comes to mind, paying for a service that doesn't deliver the goods. You then have the nerve to say my daughter needs to sort herself out. I approached the counter to say, we have to go and ask politely again for a refund, to be told "NO, NOT MY PROBLEM". So now I have to get a refund from my card issuer. You really are scum.”

“I had the food delivered, it shown on the app that it arrived but it didn’t until 15 minutes after it was supposed to I tried to ring and they instantly put me on hold left me on the phone for 5-6 then hung it up rang again and the exact same thing. The food was just slightly warm to touch when it finally arrived, but most of it was cold. The bacon looked and tasted like it came from Poundland, the black pudding was raw and soggy had it spit it out. And I think they forgot to take the egg out he pan……. The only nice about it was the sausage and the beans and toast, I think you need to learn how to cook before you charge a tenner for a breakfast”

“I stumbled across this cute little cafe when trying to find somewhere to do some work before a meeting in the area and it was 5/5. It’s located down the side road from Sutton Coldfield town centre and quite intimate so not too noisy if you want to have a catch up with friends The cakes looks incredible but I recommend the brownie as it’s up there with one of the best I’ve ever had! Great customer service and really friendly. Thank you and can’t wait to return when I’m in the area!”
