Cat & Craft
4.9
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 07:00 PM

3211 Business Park Dr #3b, Vista, CA 92081, United States

“Food and drink alone are worth stopping by. I enjoyed the cat lounge- lots of sweet kitties! My favorite part is that the environment is focused on cat happiness. Noise level is low, no grabbing or picking up or chasing the kitties. The cats can leave the lounge anytime to a separate space. They have plenty of high spots to get to and so many comfy beds and toys and hiding places. Highly recommend 😊”

The Cat Cafe

( 8 reviews )
Open until 04:00 PM

302 Island Ave #101, San Diego, CA 92101, United States

“Awesome friendly cafe. Drink or food with admission. I would go for the drink since there are food motivated cats. Good amount of space and cats are friendly. I had Jacey in my lap for a while and Winnie was very playful. Love playing with some cats and made me miss my own kitties. Follow the rules and respect the cats but you can at least be able to pet one or more cats. I went in the morning and had a great time. Will love to go again with my husband.”

“Quaint little Cafe that's not a brand name restaurant. Food was pretty good and just right servings. The menu offers some healthy options and traditional egg breakfast plates, sandwiches, panini's, wraps and fancy avocado toast! Employees are very friendly. Love the bakery items offered like fresh, large, tall cinnamon rolls, scones, croissants, brownies and more.”

The Forum Coffee House

Open until 07:00 PM

4340 Genesee Ave UNIT 110, San Diego, CA 92117, United States

“There was a line out the door this morning but they move QUICK! They offer online ordering ahead which is nice and have a station where you can grab and go. They include different sugars, free water and cups, condiments for coffee for take out. We absolutely loved this place. Their coffee options are unique and tasty. We dared to try the vegan sweet potato and coconut pastry and WOW we were so shocked it was one of the more delicious pastries we have ever tried. We also had it warmed. There is a gender neutral bathroom and plenty of room for anyone needing more space with disabilities. They have amazing cold brew and espresso drink options. We enjoyed the fanatic and an iced latte with hazelnut, 1/4 sweet with an added shot. They made them perfectly! We will be back for sure!”

Dutch Bros Coffee
4.7
( 16 reviews )
Open until 10:00 PM

1700 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054, United States

“Dutch Bros Coffee has been amazing all over Cali and beyond. This one on Oceanside is amazing. The staff is as friendly as can be with great positivity in the morning gloom. A drive through that is besides freeway 5, which makes for a quick in and out within minutes depending on the amount of customers awaiting orders. If you have some time this shop has a side window: easing the need to rush. Definitely a positive place to visit for any sweet drinks or a morning brew. Serving hot drinks to refreshing cold mixes. Keep up the great service to those that may need the motivation.”

Blue Mug Coffee & Tea

1882 W El Norte Pkwy, Escondido, CA 92026, United States

“Every December my family and I drive from Amarillo to Escondido. 8 years in a row our of 12 this place has been our first stop. Coffee is great. Atmosphere is good, energy is FANTASTIC! If you want the full customer service, take it from 6 people who drive 1,078 miles and the first stop is here! If that doesn’t tell you something about them, I don’t know what will. Will be there in a few days, will repost pictures for all to see how great they are!”

Revolution Roasters
4.5
( 8 reviews )

1836 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside, CA 92054, United States

“Great coffee shop in the south O Side area. Open air concept with the front completely open to the street. Outside seating and great people watching on the sidewalk. Pastries are all top notch. I’ve had a few lattes from there and emptied them all. Decent street parking in front and around the corner. Cool interior design with neon lights. Next time I’m there I might try one of their toast”

Subterranean Coffee Boutique
4.5

Open until 06:00 PM

3764 30th St, San Diego, CA 92104, United States

“No frills, no nonsense coffee shop with a charm that may not appeal to all but is intentionally warm and inviting. My favorite place to enjoy a warm cup of coffee and read a book when I’m seeking a more lively (than say a library) but calm atmosphere. Oh and Filipino treats if you like that sort of thing.”

Kaffee Meister - Lakeside Coffee Bar & Drive-thru
4.7
( 8 reviews )

13277 I-8BL, El Cajon, CA 92021, United States

“The coffee shop follows the antique theme of of the adjacent shops, therefore you may hear country music playing in the background. I myself am not a lover of country music but it will give this shop the ambience of a country shop. Only had an iced coffee off the menu and it was OK. Nothing spectacular. Served in a plain Solo cup. I think they should start branding cups in my opinion but that could get costly. Just my opinion. I'd like to see the menu on a chalkboard but here the menu is on laminated paper. They do have WiFi thank goodness. The shop didn't seem that busy in the afternoon when I arrived. The service was fast. And the staff was friendly. The place just seemed dead to me. It needed more life. Overall I'm glad the country music wasn't loud, the place was clean, and they offered WiFi. It's too bad they don't have windows to look outside. I'd still recommend the place if you were looking for a local coffee shop. They even have a few board games. Prices are about on par with what you'd pay at Starbucks. Update 10/2019: Place is always clean and I've been here in the mornings and it's much more busier and lively but they still provide fast service. I think I'm expecting too much as this coffee shop is more of an antique coffee shop then a modern one. Restroom is kept clean. Still needs windows. Go glad they have high speed wireless internet. Update 10/2019: Been here a few times now. Great place to get away and study, and yes they don't only play country music. That was a one time occurance. The crew is friendly and the service is fast. I recommend this place. 4 Stars still because it's a little cramped and they only have one power outlet that I could see. Not sure if it's for customer use. Place could also use windows but on the brightside there isn't sunlight beaming in. Also the prices are a little on the high side.”

Up2you Cafe
4.2
( 8 reviews )
Closed until 12:30 PM

7770 Vickers St #101, San Diego, CA 92111, United States

“Cute small little cafe~ the location is a little bit hidden and unexpected but it was still nice enough. The food was satisfying! I got the chocolate sphere which has a lot of fruits (would be nice with a bit more brownie) but ended up with a lot of sauce leftover. So I ended up getting another order of honey brick toast with some strawberry topping (which is an extra cost per topping) and drizzling my leftover chocolate sauce on it which tasted great.”

“I recently visited Pink Cafe in San Diego and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the vibrant and chic atmosphere immediately caught my eye, creating a welcoming ambiance. The menu offers a delightful fusion of flavors, and each dish is crafted with precision and creativity. I opted for their signature pink-themed dishes, and I was not disappointed. The Pink Velvet Latte was a perfect blend of rich flavors, and the Pink Pasta showcased a unique twist on classic flavors, leaving my taste buds thoroughly satisfied. The service was exceptional – the staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. The attention to detail was evident in both the presentation of the dishes and the cozy, aesthetically pleasing decor. What sets Pink Cafe apart is not just its Instagram-worthy aesthetics but the genuine commitment to providing a memorable dining experience.
