Koffi North Palm Springs
4.5
( 8 reviews ) $$

515 N Palm Canyon Dr, Palm Springs, CA 92262, United States

“Upon arriving in Palm Springs, the first thing to do is to visit this coffee shop and buy a popular organic Belgian chocolate cold brew coffee. After getting the coffee, we walked to the beautiful courtyard at the back of the shop, hoping to find a spot to sit and slowly enjoy the surroundings. Unfortunately, all the shaded seats were taken, so we had to return to our car to enjoy the coffee. The first sip of that ice-cold, rich chocolate and coffee combination was unforgettable, achieving the perfect balance between sweetness and ice. Plus, the price was very reasonable. If you come to Palm Springs, be sure to try this refreshing cold brew coffee. Updated: Today, we went to another branch, and we ordered organic bold hot coffee and iced organic strawberry tea, along with a chocolate croissant. The coffee was very flavorful, and the iced tea was delicious. However, the croissant was quite dry and lacked layers of flavor. I do not recommend it.”

The Riverside Airport Cafe

Open until 02:00 PM

6951 Flight Rd, Riverside, CA 92504, United States

“Had to wait an hour! But so windy they could not serve outside, so they moved tables and chairs inside! Lines moved faster. Food took awhile very busy, taste was great. So much we both took home some. Usually planes would be taking off, but every Sunday they have a balloon crafter there to make time go by!”

Intazza Coffee Works

38860 Sky Canyon Dr Bldg B, Murrieta, CA 92563, United States

“This place is cute and I really really wanted to like it. The people who work there were very kind and attentive even with a huge rush of people. HOWEVER. The food was absolutely inedible. It was so so bad. I got a scrambled egg dish that supposedly came with onions, tomatoes, and spinach. When it came out, the eggs were dry and cold, as if they came out of a package and were briefly microwaved. Additionally, the tomatoes and onions were raw and cold and not mixed in at all. No spinach to be found, although I suppose it doesn't matter because it would have been uncooked and bland as well. My partner ordered the Italian avocado toast, and it came out cold and flavorless as well, with minimal avocado and a COLD fried egg placed on top. I seriously doubt these eggs are being cooked fresh. My theory is that they are offering a full-kitchen menu while they only have a tiny food bar next to the coffee bar that clearly does not have the resources to make full meals. If I were them, I would stick to pastries. The coffee: I was initially impressed by their claims of "specialty" coffee, but I tried their drip, and it tasted like every other over-roasted slightly burnt drip coffee I've had. Nothing special. Overall, the place has potential, and I really hope they will do better in the future.”

The Press Espresso
4.6
( 8 reviews ) $$
Open until 07:00 PM

28601 Old Town Front St suite f, Temecula, CA 92590, United States

“When you’re in Temecula, you need to stop at one of The Press Espresso locations for your morning coffee. They began their coffee journey with the desire to share the fun ritual of coffee with others, and they currently serve from multiple locations in the Temecula & Murrieta communities. We were only able to make it to their Old Town Front Street location because we were in town for a wedding, but we were lucky enough to be able to visit twice. With freshly roasted coffee & aesthetically prepared beverages, for our first visit we went with classic oat milk lattes and they were smooth and delicious. The Belgian Mocha ($5.95) at The Press Espresso is great for anyone who enjoys chocolate, and I recommend going with this before you try their Mayan Mocha ($5.95) with spice so that you can truly appreciate the quality chocolate. Based on our two experiences, I recommend going with their hot drinks over their iced beverages, as both the Oat Latte and Oat Belgian Mocha were amazing tasting, while the Iced Oat Latte and Iced Thai Coconut Espresso ($5.75) didn’t live up to our expectations from the quality levels on our first visit. They have free parking available, and a good amount of indoor seating. Although there’s always a line, it’s worth the wait.”

La Gare Cafe

24 S D St suite 108 & 110, Perris, CA 92570, United States

“Most food I have tried has been good. I love their latte's from the Lavender vanilla to the Spanish latte...their breakfast burrito is really good also and I even tried their portobello panini since I don't eat meat and it was really good...I just prefer light pesto mayo. If you're looking for a nice ambiance to enjoy coffee and breakfast, this is a good place.”

Frisky Business Palm Springs Cat Cafe
5
( 8 reviews )

4781 E Palm Canyon Dr Ste F, Palm Springs, CA 92264, United States

“One of the best new additions to Palm Springs! If you think you "know" Palm Springs, think again and visit Frisky Business - a place based on community, kindness and helping the kitties too (approaching 100 adoptions at this writing) Some may balk at the idea of paying to enter the cat room and interact with cats, but it is worth it as a unique and unforgettable experience. TIP: dive into the website for info on discounted times and offerings and pay-it-forward options. Even as cat lovers we've only paid to go into the cat lounge portion twice but you can simply watch the fun through the glass for free and treat this place as your new coffee hang-out. Best of all, clean and no-cat-smell - just lovely. We feel good supporting unique small businesses and Claire and Sonny are full of heart, community-building ideas and best of all give love to kitties, even those more senior cats who need love too. You won't regret a visit, even to check it out.”

Rival Coffee Co.
4.4
( 8 reviews )
Open until 04:30 PM

24865 Hospitality Pl Bldg E, Murrieta, CA 92562, United States

“This place seemed decent based on the reviews; however, I should mention a few things. The staff are great, incredibly friendly but the food and the coffee.... not so much. I always finish my food but I couldn't here, I started to feel sick. My wife got some pretty gnarly caffeine quivers and we paid $28 for a small sandwich, small burrito, and medium coffee. Definitely wasn't worth the price we paid by a long shot.”

Iw Coffee & Chai Bar
4.5
( 8 reviews )
Open until 03:00 PM

74868 Country Club Dr #101, Palm Desert, CA 92260, United States

“Local joint where the owner greets everyone by name (amazing to watch, impressive). Has a sense of community. The coffee is okay. The real magic here is the muffins and pastries - which they bake fresh everyday, and are so amazing it’s hard to find enough words. This I say, and I generally never order muffins or pastries. The Chai selection is not only tremendous, but the actual Chai is top notch (I guess it makes sense why the call it a Chai Bar). Lastly, I just want to point out that they open at 6am. This is equally important to all of the other great products the offer. This place is actually hoping at 6-6:30am. Humans need coffee and breakfast. Nothing bothers me more than a coffee shop that opens at 8am (misses the point). So, thank you to Mike and the entire staff for getting it right, hitting the center of the bullseye, and being an integral part of the community. You made my visit welcoming and more connected.”

Condron Coffee

3696 Sunnyside Dr, Riverside, CA 92506, United States

“Ok, the coffee was pretty good in reality 4 star good. The service was pleasant, and the ambiance pleasing. The atmosphere was young. It’s the fact that this coffee shop does not accept cash as a method of payment, that I am giving it a one star review.”
