“My friends and I spent Monday and Tuesday for a girls get away in July. We stayed in one of the campgrounds cabins. The one thing that lowered my rating of the service at this campground was the cleaning crew the day of check out. Our check out was at 11am and around 9:45am the cleaning crew was sitting outside our cabin in their 2 golf carts and van waiting for us to leave. In addition, when my friends and I were packing up the car they repeatedly hit on and made comments at us. This was very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. The check in process was wonderful and the front desk manager with red hair was very kind. When we got to the cabin, everything appeared clean but there was no toilet paper which the front desk kindly replaced. Upon further evaluation of the rooms, we found a condom wrapper on the floor by the bed. The air conditioning in that bedroom appeared dirty so we couldn’t keep it on at night. That bedroom also smelt like mildew. Everything aside from that bedroom was clean and appeared in good condition. The pool was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub.”

“There are train tracks very close, but we didn't hear any horns or whistles. The cabin was clean, bathrooms were decent, and the pool/splash pad was awesome! I don't have young kids but I could tell it was a great place for young ones. They had Campfire Kevin playing guitar singing camp songs and offering free s'mores. I roasted a marshmallow and really enjoyed the cuteness of it all.”

“This place needs to go back under management it once was. Not Near enough regulations or Enforced rules in place. Very Overcrowded, bathrooms and showers were disgusting. Toilets overflowing, toilets loose from the floor, and bathrooms seems poorly maintained and we’re not clean. Cart rentals are OUT OF CONTROL. Many Underaged kids driving carts the wrong way, at fastest speed possible. Too many people at one camp site. Watched a cart hit a parked vehicle. This place has gone down hill since new corporation management has taken over. It’s been two years since I have been here last. I feel bad for the the seasonal campers who pay to be here….”

“The owners have a very welcoming and warm presence and seem to be continually investing into the facilities and welcome center, which is gorgeous. They provide games and activities in the rec room, as well as a fairly maintained pool table. The campground was nice, quiet, and cozy, with a beautiful canopy of trees above providing shade. Bugs were very minimal, with a select few wildlife that poked around from time to time. We rented a cabin site, which was up to date with appliances, and overall felt nice and safe. The shower facilities/bathrooms seemed to be newly constructed and felt luxurious, but needs a few hooks/shelves for showering. Overall, my family and I had a great time staying here while visiting and exploring the island, and we will be back for more adventures with this campground as our preferred choice.”

“This local location is a hidden gem. The beach and floating water park are the most safe and fun spots in the area. It’s attached to the park’s private beach meaning you get wrist band for the entire area.. There’s a general store and grocery it’s convenient but check hours for schedule. It’s not completely finished in cabin area but it’s still amazing and cost is very reasonable. As for taking your own RV it’s beautiful and has spots for whatever you are bringing it has a place you’re going to love.”

“Was great place nice owners. Sites are closer together but ur right off the water for some of them which was wonderful. We came for a Sunday night so it wasn't to busy and actually asked to switch spots and they were fine with that no problem. Would I go there again yes!!! It was beautiful only two showers but they were not busy or had a wait once I can't say that it would be the same on Friday or a Saturday but it was great there.”

“Just returned and wanted to report how clean and peaceful this campground was, the staff was attentive and friendly. It is only a 15 min drive to the Dells but far enough from the Dells that you can relax in peace. Best of both worlds. The only downside is I am disabled and whole they do not make any claims for being accessible I was not prepared how completely inaccessible most things were, that is on me for not doing my homework.”

The pool was clean, the dog park was helpful with 2 young pups, the bathrooms were clean, and our kids did not want to leave. There were plenty of activities for the kids (and adults). We will definitely be back!”

“Worst experience I’ve ever had at any campsite workers are not nice they were being rude and disrespectful to everyone and swearing at kids. They told us we couldn’t park in the grass even though it wasn’t in the rule book and there was zero signs and there were other campers parking in the grass. Another thing to add on is they told us that kids under 18 couldn’t be in the camp shop even though there is no signs stating that statement. Furthermore I think they need new owners.”
