“We had pitch with its own bathroom incl. Shower, basin and toilet. The general facility lower block had small shower cubicles with nowhere to put dry things. Pitch was a reasonable size but up a bit of a slope. The lower pool was open but the weather too cool to swim. Pools higher up were closed and the facilities on that level newer with larger showers. Maintenance isn’t a strong point. We reported a leaking washing up and laundry sink outside our bathroom and it wasn’t fixed during our stay. We noticed that most of the sinks outside the bathrooms on pitches leaked. The tap on the adjacent wash up was broken. We paid E5 extra per night for the bathroom and wash up area and expected them to be fully functional.”

“Wonderful camping site,with several types of accomodation.Bungalows,large tents and spaces for campers and small tents. Clean and spacious enough with air-cons in most of bungalows,your own kitchen with all utensils and dishes, with beddings provided included in the price. Nice large swimming pool, cafe and mini restaurant, mini shop(mart) football field and many other things to do. Animation programs during the day and in the evening for kids. Second year that we are coming here. Staff very welcoming and polite.”

“Small, but clean and quiet campground with very nice and kind stuff, nice slots but very different in size. If you have a larger Caravan it would be good to make a reservation for one of the bigger slots long enough before you want to go there. The toilets and showers are old but clean and there is a nice Snack Bar/Restaurant on top of the cliffs. The market is very small but has all essential things, if you want to stay longer then a few days it is maybe better to go Shopping in Portoferraio before coming here. The beach nearby is beautiful, no sand but small white stones with crystal clear water. I like stones more than sand, the water is just more clear and it makes this nice sound when waves are rolling over. Definitely one of the better beaches of Elba, but can be crowdy as it is not only for the campground, tip from my side: if you are coming down the cliffs to the beach you can see a smaller beach hiding behind the cliffs, go there! We had a very nice stay at this campground and if we are returning to Elba we will definitely come back here. Recommeded!”
