“This was our second year at Big Pine Key Resort, and there have been improvements made to the campground, which include much needed additional staffing and campsites that have enhanced our experience. The staff is stellar with their customer service and responsiveness, diplomacy and handling and managing hundreds of campers on a daily basis. the grounds are maintained by a fantastic and capable staff, including but not limited to Andy, Scott and Cameron! Front desk staff was most excellent, and I really enjoyed interacting with Savannah, Trish, Melissa and Colleen on a daily basis. They are top-notch! “It was our 3rd visit here and every time it seems to get better. The office staff are the kindest most helpful ladies! The park is immaculate as well as the laundromat and restrooms. Pool is perfect temp. My son fished all day long from the dock and had manatees swim right under him twice. Highly, highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved our weeks stay at this KOA. Incredibly clean, foliage between the sites makes for a very private feel. Pool area was beautiful, there's activities almost every evening. Staff is incredibly friendly and gracious as well. Proximity to Key West made it a great location too! We booked for next year while we were there. Can't wait to return!”

“Stayed at “Paradise Casa” one of the Bayfront sites. Amazing sunsets every night and during the day watching manatees come right up to the dock. Even seen a pod of dolphins swim by. Very relaxing, everyone really enjoyed this trip. Highly recommend this Airbnb”
