“The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The sites are about as tight as can be. The restrooms are nice and clean. This is validly a resort because it has all of the amenities and in reasonable quality but it is by no means a high end resort. All of the RVs and park models are in good shape and presentable. There are practically no barking dogs or noisy campers. I don't know how they do it but they keep the place pretty peaceful. That doesn't mean it is quite, there are two roads one used to access a quarry which looms over the camp ground and dump trucks and jake brakes are not uncommon. I have always heard gunfire around the resort also, sometimes from several directions. They accept packages, you can wash your RV on week days and although there are no trails available from the park it isn't a very long drive to state parks and forest service trails.”

“This is our second time in a month staying here in Cabin 1! The resort is lovely and peaceful, with onsite bait shop and Mexican restaurant. The cabin is very cozy and comfortable, with a little kitchen, dinette and large fridge. The property is well taken care of and the lady at the front desk is a gem… taking very good care of us with checking! We also met the property owner who made sure our cabin was ready and turned on the heat! The location to town and the Delta is perfect!”

“Stayed here for almost 2 weeks while my wife received IV treatments from a clinic. Price is reasonable for location and what you get. It's pretty much a gravel parking lot or a paved parking lot with full hook ups. No picnic table. When you got a trailer or RV, you don't really need a picnic table. I have enjoyed no mosquitoes at this park! There's a bike trail nearby that you can go on for a walk. This park is fenced in and Cal Expo has their security roll around the park often so no need to worry about creeps coming in. The lot is well lit at night. If I had to come back down here, this would be the 1st place I would try to book.”

“We love it here, we're parked for 2 months. Peaceful and quiet all week, then awesome happy campers over weekends. Clean. Friendly staff. Restaurant is top service and fun. Fun weekend entertainment; dj, band, trivia. Rv spots, rv rental, cabins, houseboat, paddle boards, boat launch, private beach. Good vibes!”

“I am a member of Vista resort so I stay on the delta at Delta Shores Resort and Marina on the delta loop in Isleton Ca. I must say this place has been my go to spot for over 15 yrs and today it’s the best spot to stay for quite and peace or party and fun, so I want to say thank you and keep up all the good work to make the stay unforgettable”
