“The staff at "The Lodge " are incredibly nice. In particular one older gentleman, we were in contact with quite a bit. He is just the type of person needed at the campground. Friendly and helpful. The campground is clean and quiet. You will hear the planes quite often, but you get used to it. Plenty of fun things for children to do. Big games outside, a net of some sort and places to ride their bikes supervised. The shuttle is great to take carowinds. A lot nicer then trying to find a parking space. Take advantage of it for sure! We enjoyed our stay!”

“I chose this hotel because of its proximity to my relative's home. The room was very comfortable, though the lights/switches were a bit tricky to figure out. Appreciate the toiletries in the shower. The hallways are a bit dark. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.”
