We paid for living ourselves not together with Spiders. While checking out, I said about the spiders and the reception said oh yes, it is normal, we clean 5-6 months and then they come back Goat and other animals were not present in the camping site Softies and Pizza shop was also closed Bike on rent was quite expensive”

“Lovely natural camping (there's also huts available for rent but I can't say anything about those) with generous plot sizes for tents and good amount of trees for shade. Kids absolutely loved the creative and exploration activities provided by the camping as well as (natural) swimming spots. Also the location is nice that there's plenty of cycling and walking routes around. The pizza from their pizza bar is also definitely worth getting.”

“Great location, but 2 toilets for 147 camping mobiles is ridiculous. Expect to cue for 30-60 minutes during rush hour 😯 The building is large enough to host more restrooms - please consider extending! When asking, they will allow to use a awning on the places without grass, but it is hard to get your tent pegs into the very hard ground... Expect some windy conditions at this place (there is a reason why there are so many windsurfers and kytes around). But there are high trees all around, so this is quite ok.”

“Restrooms were within 6-7 minutes walking distance from our camping site and they were always dirty except for a couple of hours during the day. Besides there was never soap in the toilets. Showers next to the indoor swimming pool were all out of service, so we needed to walk wet in open air for 7-8 minutes to reach the showers at the other end of the camp which would be a disaster in a chilly wheather. Needless to say that no one was taking a shower before entering the pool. In the pancake house we waited for 1,5 hours for our dinner to be served and we never went there again.”

“At the beginning everything is good.. Its clean good view inside the camping.. Near of the Swimmingpool (2 min by foot) its enough for 6 persons not more..!! We paid for 8 persons (3 are children) and we found that there is no bed for the children!! (they took more money foe the children later because they thought we were 6 persons the problem is not in "pay" thr problem is why we have to pay more but they will not bring beds for them?? We pay more for keeping our children in our bed?? So what we paid for?????? Also we found a mouse in the kichen which made the children afraid! One more things its not possible to open 2 electrical machines in one time (microwave and something else will close all the electricity in the camping!!!)”

“We stayed here several times over the last few years and always had a different chalet. All the chalets were great and had enough space. This year we traveled with our baby boy for the first time and for a small fee (€ 4.50 each) you could get a bed and chair for him. Each chalet comes with a grill so you can have a barbecue with your friends and family. We always had a nice terrace with comfy seating in front of the chalet They have a small indoor swimming pool with a small pool for the little ones which is free of charge. The camping ground is close to the city center and the beach. You can get to the beach within 10 minutes and the city center within two minutes. We will definitely come back.”

“We had a very nice Chalet, located directly at a small lake. This Chalet was absolutely cosy, very clean and shiny. Usually we are very critical with accomodations and usually we find at least one negative detail, but this time (as hard as we tried) we found really nothing to critizise. Even our dog was welcomed very friendly, with some treats and doggy bags. We can really highly recommend De Duinpan, especially for dog owners. Deffinately we will come back!”

“A small and friendly campsite between the dunes and bulbfields. Spacious grass pitches, each with ehu, water and grey waste. Clean and tidy shower / toilet block. Not far from the dunes and fabulous beach and a 20 min walk the other way to Julianadorp centre, with a good choice of shops, cafes and a bank. A good restaurant just across the road - Eetcafe t’ Juffertje.”

“The location of camping place is simply great, it’s located quite close to the river and its landscape is very nice… hospitality of the owners family was also something quite noticeable! The only thing is that meadow at some places is already getting bald. If you have a big camper that wouldn’t be an issue at all, just for some people who has tent or small campers, this could hurt… As you may have figured it out before, on their webpage you can't simply make a reservation, you need to either call or send email to book a place and in my case it took few days to get a feedback. This is also something they can improve! Sanitary was pretty clean and temperature of showering water was also convenient, hotter than any other camping place that I've ever been! In general, it’s definitely worth to be there once!”

“We loved this campsite in an ideal location on the outskirts of the town of Valkenburg. Facilities were spotless and modern. The owners are lovey and so helpful. Daily deliveries of fresh bread and pastries. Small but pleasant bar serving snacks etc. We visited at the end of November to see all the Christmas sights but this site would be also enjoyable on any other month of the year.”

“The campsite is not very big but I didn't feel that it was too cramped, even the pools were never too crowded. The children's entertainment was nice, they did lots of activities and I never saw a child with a mobile phone in their hand, everyone was busy playing, that's very good. On the camp site you can rent bikes and karts, there are a lot of cars because the car exit and the central area of the camp site with the swimming pools and theatre, are exactly on the main road to exit and enter with the cars, but these were never a danger. I slept in a trunk, there are 3 mattresses next to each other, there were 4 of us (2 adults and 2 children) and we were not comfortable because one inevitably has to stay in between one mattress and the other. The accommodation was very dusty and smelled of smoke, at night you had the feeling of being inside an ashtray :) .”
