“So pleased with our pitch. We were at the end, higher up under the trees, and what a view! Very friendly welcome at reception. The down side are the sanitary block. Steps to it are unsafe, everything is in a different block (wc and showers far apart), and it's so depressing and dark inside. But there is a restaurant/bar and plenty to do for kids. The sand beach is pretty and very long, but mind the green algues”

“A great campsite. Ideal for us after getting off the ferry or preparing to sail home. After years of long drives to and from the ferry port we have now found a great alternative. 10 minutes from the ferry and a super campsite. Large pitches and immaculately clean facilities. There are swimming pools but, this time, we were too late in the season. The nearby, 100m, restaurant is an absolute bonus. We will be back !!”

“The campsite looks very nice . We only spent two nights here. The lady that greeted us was lovely and her English was very good, our french unfortunately isn't. There was a little confusion at first with the pitch as our allocated one was filled by someone else, unfortunately the pitch that we was given wasn't very nice and due to it being busy we couldn't swap, this made it a bit less enjoyable for us. The pitch was covered in dog hair and the pitch had been worn out so that only mud remained, definitely more suitable for a motorhome rather than a tent. Such pride is taken with the site it was a shame some of the pitches didn't reflect the same. Facilities were good and clean , I felt another toilet and shower block would make it a bit better as they cater for quite a few people but they were always clean. Pool was nice. And access to the beach wasn't too far, not good for people with mobility problems. Good base to travel around surrounding area. Restaurant and bar area was nice and a undercover area outside was perfect for our rainy night.”

“We only stayed two nights but it was good. Its a nice short walk from the sea and I like being able to order bread at the bar. I felt our plot could have had a bit more attention. A tidy up with a strimmer would have been good particularly as a big thing was made of leaving our bathroom shed clean and tidy with a fine imposed if not. This would put me off another time. A bit expensive too compared to our next site which had excellent facilities, lots of room, no fines and was well maintained for less than half the price.”

Friendly staff at the reception, where they also sell baguettes and croissants in the mornings and have a little selection of grocery items for emergencies. The bistro serves food Mondays to Fridays. Fairly calm spot. The sanitaty installations are a little old, but clean. I felt very comfortable there.”

“Be very wary if you intend staying here with a touring caravan. We camped here with a relatively small van (6 metres) in late August 2022 and were allocated a pitch squashed in between the walkway to the toilet block and self catering bungalows. It wasn't a suitable pitch and wasn't helped by the fact that any difficult manœuvre we had to make in our car found us glared at by the occupants of one of the bungalows. Our arrival couldn't have been less cordial because as is fairly typical of France everything shuts for lunch, so don't arrive between 12 and 2 or you will incur the wrath of 'La direction'. There are some very tight turns for a caravan so take care. This was due to be an extended break of 7 nights but we left after 3 nights. This is a tired site which felt grubby and everything feels over-used. The toilet block is mixed (standard) but is pretty smelly and we had an infestation of ants in the van. The facilities are much smaller than they appear in images and families with children would find everything very cramped. The location is not idyllic - on approach you might feel you are on a concrete housing estate. The beach is not great. Look further it isn't difficult to do much better than this site.”

“Lovely campsite with generous and private pitches. Facilities good and clean and lovely pool. Staff very helpful and speak excellent English. Good baker, butcher and grocer within a couple of minutes walk, as are some good bar/restaurants. Well located for driving to St Malo, Mont St Michel and the Emerald Coast. The beach is magnificent, but the location means the sea is usually about a mile away! Thanks for a great stay.”

“Great camping site right in front of the ocean-incredible view and very nice beach! Very nice owner! Good showers with hot water, even later in the evening. Unfortnatly no dogs allowed on the beach. There are a lot of young people on the campsite that do not respect privacy of others. They walk right across our pitch, every time to save some time/way on their way to the beach/sanitary house. However, we recommend the campsite. You can not get closer to the beach for this cheap price!”
