“Average food quality! The goose was too fat with 2 inches fat on it! I supposed they should choose better quality goose ! Crab was average only! Need more tasty sauce to go with the Flat Rice noodles! Baby squid, BBQ pork, fish Broth, Fried Rice were excellent ! Not quite worth to wait for 3 months!”

“Man Wah one of my favorite dining place in Hong Kong, continued to maintained their consistency in quality, taste, flavors and staff engagement since my last visit before the pandemic. Ambience is welcoming, charming and lovely blue color scheme which blends very well. Service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and thanks Tim, Vicky and Marco. Dishes was well plated and presented which tantalizes our taste making it a delectable journey. It was a wonderful afternoon dining at Man Wah, retaining their 1 ⭐️ Michelin status for tenth year running. 👍👍👍👍👍. Will be back soon. Remember dress code applies and reservations are encouraged.”

“Shang Palace was my last meal in HK before heading home. The decor is dated and frozen in time. It is typically Chinese design and even the lightings evinced an old HK charm. It sure can do be with a makeover. But the customer service is truly par excellent. The staffs made an extra effort to please and are attentive to our needs. Every dish is a delight. We had dim sum. The usual rice roll with char siew. Every bite is a savory delight. The appetizer is the peppery roasted cashew nuts. It is awesome. We also had the carrot cake fried in XO sauce. The Char Siew Chan Bao, Fried Pork Dumpling and for dessert, I had the red bean paste infused with orange peel. The food quality is amazing. The carrot cake is fried just right. There is a house specialty whereby there is an edible fried leaf. Overall it is an enjoyable experience. I will definitely make a return visit.”

“The food is pretty nice. Although it's pricey, the food is delicious. There's music playing at all times. And the waiters are very nice. They're willing to help and are quick.”

“Was recommended to come here by some of my friends, so decided to visit with a group of 3 people. This Chiu Chow Chinese restaurant is split over 3 store, but it's the same kitchen and owner. The marinated goose meat and oyster omelette was on point. The casual stir fry dishes like the pipis and satay beef was also cooked well. The soup also had a bit of ingredients to it. Staff were friendly and attentive. We sat at the restaurant for a while, and wasn't rushed to leave. Would come back to try their other dishes. Recommend to give a try 😋👍👍”
