“We stayed here our last night in Tokyo and loved it. The hotel is a hidden gem outside the business of Tokyo. It’s not as centrally located as other hotels but that wasn’t an issue for us. You’re still close to the train station and other sights such as Senso-Ji are walking distance from the hotel. It is in a quiet area with great food options. We stayed in the Japanese style room and the rooms are so spacious compared to any other hotel in Tokyo. Very clean and beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed to store our bags or answer any questions. Would definitely recommend”

“I've been staying here for the last few visits to Tokyo. It's relatively cheap compared to other hostels. The rooms are nice and each bed has a curtain for privacy but I wish they had individual lockers for each bed. You can rent a locker in the common rooms but in my opinion they aren't large. The spaces are always clean and the staff has always been very helpful. Location is pristine if you're looking to be close to drinking hubs (Golden Gai is literally a 5 min walk from here). Overall I keep coming back here for a reason, that being it's cheap, convenient, and location is good.”

“I used this hotel for the first time in Nov 2023. First of all, this hotel is a capsule hotel, all the rooms/capsules do not have door with lock, they have roll up curtain or vertical sliding screen. No eating in rooms, floors except lobby floor are all quiet floor. With that being said, I found this hotel was a great value, hotels in Tokyo costs $150 CAD minimum, normally $170-300 depends on areas, this hotel is $50-160 CAD. If you are traveling by yourself and ok with capsule style hotel, I’d recommend. I stayed at first class room, it had bed, TV, desk, mirror, hangers, storage with lock. it was more than enough for me, as I only come back to hotel to shower and sleep. The room was located in female only floor, you need card key to go to the floor and also to enter capsule area. The best thing was bathroom. It was shared bath but spacious, I was so tired from long flight, I was able to relax after taking long bath. Not so great thing is elevator. There is only 1 elevator but it must stop at lobby floor. Which delays the elevator and you cannot go to your floor or go outside without stopping at lobby floor. Location is good and bad. Good, because you can use Shimbashi st, Toranomon st by foot. Bad, because the hotel is not so close to either of the station, it is 10-15min walk. I used rental bike, it is about 5min away by bike. The area is a bit away from main road, very quiet but gets dark at night. There are multiple convenience stores around. Service was minimal but nice. I’d definitely come back again!”

Conveniently located next to the JR station, it more than met our needs with a convenience store and a highly rated restaurant (though we didn't get to dine there) on the ground floor. We had access to unlimited coffee and tea, along with a wide array of quality amenities available 24/7, adding to the value. All this along with the super simple machine check-in and out process, clean and spacious modern rooms, plus helpful and friendly staff, made it an exceptional experience. Highly recommended.”

“This hotel is incredibly comfortable. We booked a room with two beds, and my friend and I each had a 32-inch and a 28-inch suitcase. While it was a bit challenging to fully open both suitcases in this space, it didn't compromise the comfort during our stay. The facilities here are comprehensive, the soundproofing is excellent, and the location is extremely convenient – just a 5-minute walk to both the subway and JR stations. “Spent a night here upon arrival at Tokyo. The hotel is near Tokyo Air Terminal and Monzen-nakacho Station. Check-In is a breeze, just be prepared with your booking and Passport. The room is kinda small but clean. Bathroom is complete with amenities (soap, shampoo and towels). They provide free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Breakfast is delicious, lots of varieties to choose from. Quite surprised they have a coin laundry and vending machines in the building. The only comment I can give is the Check-In and Check-Out time, it starts at 4:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM, quite short for an overnight stay as compared to other countries.”

“Functional hotel immediately next to Ueno station. Rooms are medium size for Japanese standards, but rather small for Western standards. But comes with good size desk and chair. Very welcome was the armchair and leg rest. Breakfast is very limited for both Japanese and Western options (the worst we had in 3 weeks Japan) and not worth the ¥1400 per person per day. Book specifically non-smoking or smoking rooms, since the smoking floors are with heavy smoking smell. Our non-smoking room had no smell at all. The reception area and lift can have a smoking smell now and then. Entrance not very convenient when arriving or leaving with luggage since a few steps to climb, but no big problem.”

“I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. Location was perfect. I have stayed I Shibuya every single time I have been in Japan and this was the nicest hotel. The room were neat and tidy, and the stuff very accommodating. Fast elevator too and rhe room was super quiet. You cannot hear much from the other rooms and banging from above, which is a welcome change as I am light sleeper! So why one star less? The hotel cafe unfortunately did not have much variety for snacking or meals and the laundry was unfortunately very good. I had my clothes for three hours and they were dried properly. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay there again although the hotel will be permanently closed from the 25th of December.”
