“My wife and I have been hunting for a SUV with 4 different car brands and found the best fit here at BMW. The show room was spacious, staff were friendly and there was a good variety of cars. Most importantly, good salespersons. We would like to specially mention to our BMW consultant, Jimmy Lee, who showed consistent professionalism through our interaction with him. Knowledgeable and accommodating. I like the efficiency he executed all the registration & paperwork and got us the car within a week. This was complemented with his knowledge of the cars on sale and genuine desire to sell a good product. Friendly and approachable, he is also not pushy and gives you the space to make the decision. Highly recommended!”

“Came here to fix my faulty IU. Reached at about 8am on a Friday and there were barely any cars around. You'll want to drive in straight and enter lane 7 (marked IU inspection). Was in and out in 15 minutes. They are quick & professional in repairing the diagnosing the problem and repairing the IU. Great service!”

“Please don't label your company TOP CAR RENTAL IN SINGAPORE it's A TOTAL DISGRACE!!. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED with the overall renting experience with this TOP RENTAL COMPANY. WORST SERVICE PROVIDED. 1) I rented a car with them a couple of months back and returned the car with a full tank. And to my surprise, I was charged an additional $58. Just because I returned the vehicle with a bar lower according to them. (REFER TO THE PHOTOS IS SUBMITTED BEFORE AND AFTER RENTAL) Did reached out to their customer service Trixie and did not resolve the issue. Send them the photos and ask them to look and justify. 2) Later I was been divert to Sandy. After sending them the email to clarify their last email to me was on the 5th Nov 12.11 pm after which no response from them till today. 1 week later my bank account was automatically deducted $58.40. So where is the customer service? No proper follow-up and deduct the money from your user. 3) I waited and wanted to see what is their customer support doing. But even today even after I am forced to pay for the 1 fuel bar lower my account it’s still not authorized to rent. 7 Weeks after the auto deduction from them WHERE IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE??? RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. You might be the next victim. I am not the first driver to fall for their trap and I believe will not be the last. Definitely would not recommend anyone here reading this review to rent it. There are so many other trustworthy service providers out there. THANKS DRIVE LAH FOR THE UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. That’s my last rental with you guys. You guys don’t even deserve to have a star from me it’s just for the sake of this review to let other drivers out there to be more cautious. DON’T EVEN NEED TO BOTHER TO REPLY TO THIS REVIEW CAUSE IT IS NOT GENUINE AND INSINCERE IT IS ALL FOR SHOW.”
