“Saturday I was there to see a car . I like it the car and I ask a invoice for the bank..for the loan..They offer to apply for the loan on their bank too... I was agree ... But after that I sign some documents and I din't notice that it isn't a proforma invoice. It was a seling contract . After more research about that car I find out that the motor cold give some problems and I deccide to sont buy. Monday morning 9h00 I call them and they told that I habe to pay 15% penalty. In the end they cancel the contract for 250€. Legaly they have right..but this isn't the way to make new clients... No it's up to you if you choose this garage or not... From them it's all about the money...not about the clients”

“Visiting our Travel partners with the Maui promotional Mercedes Sprinter I encountered a problem with the AdBlue system. Checking Google maps I found Mercedes-Benz SMC Mechelen. I was met by the service advisor Bert Verbruggen who quickly checked if I could be slotted in to have the problem looked at. Fortunately this was possible, the problem was identified, spare parts were in stock. Bert kept me informed at all times on the progress. After a few hours I went on a test drive with Timothy the mechanic and all systems were found to be in order. The invoice was drawn up and i was ready to leave again in a short period time. I can only highly recommend the dealership, the professional service and the great communication by Bert and Timothy. Keep up the good work !!!”

“Worst place to get your Audi towed to, after having a punctured tyre on the freeway: - Nobody speaks English. - They do not inform you on the costs + ordering and repair status. - They installed 4 new Continental tyres that aren’t homologated for my type of car (RS4). Only Michelin & Pirelli are allowed. - They charged me almost €450 per tyre, while the going rate for that tyre is €280-300,-. See attached picture for bill. - They left my car parked along the main road for at least 4 days, while other garages park client cars inside or behind a fence. I have issued a formal complaint, but no response up till now, hence this review & I forwarded the complaint to Audi NL & Audi Belgium. Hugo Verhage”
