Second visit to get issues rectified, took over 1 hour to reduce oil level and bash plate bolt not tighten up, only a few threads in. First time experience with just a basic oil change from a dealer and can't even get that right for something so simple.”

After my first service Mazda charged me and was told that it wasn't in my contract. I would like others to know, be careful they don't keep there word and left it out of the agreement . Also $12 for a loan car. Great customer service. Not for the $12 just the respect and customer service. I have made 2 calls to South port Mazda and no call back. Disappointing what a let down.
