“I had an excellent experience at Mini/BMW Laval. My salesman, François Richmond, went above and beyond the call of duty. Every detail that was discussed (paint touch ups, tires, etc) was done when I picked the car up. Additionally, they put new brakes and tires all around, changed the fog lamps as one was cracked, new wipers, new rear window washing system, etc. The car could have passed for new. I asked for a copy of the car’s service history and was given it instantly. I must point out that I bought the cheapest and oldest Mini they had on their lot but one would have never known it by the stellar service I received. Jonathan Ghandour was also great. The financing part of buying a car is what I dread most. He was quick and efficient, and didn’t pressure me into buying add-ons that I didn’t want. The best car buying experience I’ve had.”

Initial Salesman fantastic Salesman colleague good service while salesman was not there, he took care like it was his own sales. Sales manager (never met the guy) His decision wasn't in my interest but in the company's interest. Poor salesman who spent all the time and didn't get the sale. My car appraisal was low by $ 1750 compared to two other dealers. I got better appraisal at LallierKia Laval and Saint-Eustache Albi Kia. Kia Mascouche had the car instock for an entire week. I guess milking the customers is their way. The thing about milking a customer is that they will remember it until and forever, even if management has changed. Until the loss has been refunded. I am glad I went elsewhere. i got good service and more for my trade-in. I dont blame anyone there, I blame Albi for their structure and the lack of training to their employees. No one was rude to me, nor was I rude to anyone. I thanked the salesman and told him sorry, but I will look elsewhere as your sales manager won't match the price on the trade-in. I just feel bad that the salesman didn't get his commission. Did you know that the car companies keep the commission when the sales leave on top of paying the sales low salary. Why 1 star That's my opinion about this dealer The salesman and his colleague should receive 5 stars If the customer service is trying to help me... great work, and thank you, but I already placed my order elsewhere.”
