On the spur of the moment i decided to check the car in the closest Audi center to rule out any safety hazard on the long way back home. A technician was promptly ready and performed a quick test drive with my car. During the drive the technician offered a very professional and helpful opinion on the condition and gave a quick summary of options. The problem turned out to only impair driving comfort and was not a safety hazard. The drive took all in all about half an hour. After returning to the center the technician wished us a pleasant journey home and to my surprise, this whole service was provided without charge. This is what i call outstanding customer service.”

“If I could give them under 0 star I will do it. I sent them a question in order to ask about the car oil price by email. They sent me an invoice of 50 euro in order to pay for that. I sent the same question to manage garages in order to compare the prices and no one else charged for answering my question as it is not even a service. My question was very specific to ask how much they charge for changing Only the engine oil + the engine air filters + the engine oil filters. Their answer was 1698 euro. Because they added more services which I did not even ask for. above that I am obliged to pay them 50 euro? For me this is stealing”

He has helped me a lot to find the right version of car I needed, he was supporting me in English all time due to the fact my German is not so good. The delivery date of my car was fully accomplished (on time) even if the current chip situation is bad. I got also a fair offer for my old car and I even close a contract for 6 years of car assistance with Kia. It is not only the car wich makes difference, but more is about the dealer and the service you get. For now, they are the top, I would go again if I need another car and for sure I will go there for my yearly car checks.”
