“DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!! The biggest reason I gave SIXT Rent a Car a one star is because I could not give them zero. SIXT seemed fine up front but when we brought our car back, they told us that there was damage on the car that was not there when we rented it. We explained to them that the damage was there, and we could not view the damage pictures on their website. We spoke with an agent, and they assured us that we were fine. WELL, when we got home, they charged us over $700 for a 10mm scratch on one of the wheels. Again, we brought this to their attention before we left the terminal. Then when we returned it all we were asked to do was to put the keys on the dash. I tried speaking to multiple levels of the company but was only able to exchange emails. Even though I thoroughly explained to them multiple times that the damage was already done, they just told me it was my responsibility. So, not only were we charged for something we did not do, but we were also gouged. $700 for a scratch that was already there... I'm willing to bet NOTHING was done to repair the scratch and someone else will be charged for the damage in the future. In the end, I paid the charge because I do not want to go to court in Vegas and/or have my credit ruined. I will do my best to warn as many potential vehicle renters that I can. Renter be warned!! “Customer service was excellent. I wasn’t pressured into any vehicles that I did not want. I was not pressured into a contract , I was never directed to a car that I didn’t have interest in. Once I arrived at hot deals auto I was greeted, I was immediately shown the car that I was interested in and to it for a test drive. There was no haggling of prices since the car was already priced reasonably. There were no added fees at the end of the contract, and there were options for extended warranty. I was in and out within a three hour time span. It is a family owned Dealership and the sense of community and care was prevalent and appreciated. I would definitely do business with this auto dealership again as well as recommended to others.”

“Is unable to return phone calls, or emails. Multiple employees will tell you they will get back to you in an hour/the next day/etc and will never get back to you. Lies about dates that parts will arrive or that they have even been ordered in the first place. Lies about sending me a reimbursement for a smog test that they should have done in the first place (it is required by law for them to reimburse which I am in the process of reporting to the NV Emission Lab). All this so they can save $50 dollars reimbursing me for a smog and ordering me a $18 blinker 68374916AA. Insane.”

“Bad company when it comes to the quality of used parts and customer service. On 06.13.2023 I purchased a used engine for my Ford Fusion. The first problem started with the difference in the price online compared to the price in the physical store (more expensive) for the same product. Once the purchase was made, even with the higher value, the engine was delivered and when installed in the vehicle, it was in terrible condition. Contacted to replace the engine, LKQ took more than 10 days to authorize the replacement, as the company technician who would be sent to analyze the engine never showed up. After the exchange was made (I had expenses to take the engine to the company because of LKQ), I was given another engine again with a problem (4 broken parts). I've contacted the company and they told me that the external parts of the engine has no warranty and they didn't provided this information at the moment of the purchase. I also inform you that the company kept my original engine and informed that it disposed of it, making it impossible to return the part. I have been without my car for 3 weeks and I work with my vehicle, due to the negligence of LQK, which does not even review the products it sells. I would not recommend this company to anyone in need of parts for their vehicle and If I could I'd like to give zero stars.”

David Paginini, Maggie in Accounts payable, the front desk clerks for Service & Sales departments and all the sales managers (the ones you never get to talk to or meet in person) are all absolutely terrible people, but great liars and snakes!!! They don’t answer their phones whatsoever over a 3month span. Blame you for repairs that you asked to be completed before taking the car off the lot. Also they had my car for over 4 days and damaged the passenger door with some tool. I will upload images now! I will report this crime as vandalism/property damage to the local police and have the Better Business Bureau investigate this establishment.”
