“Traded in my truck as it needed tires, brakes, and other work. I explained that I needed a reliable vehicle. I spent $27,000, and the new (used) vehicle has a slow leak in 1 tire and a gouge out of another. Both discovered the day after purchase when my low tire light came on. Not even a month later, I now have lights on and need tires. I reached out to the dealership multiple times, and nothing has been resolved. I am so disappointed and did not budget for buying a car and tires in the same month. I did buy the additional dealer warranty, and I understand it does not cover wear parts like tires. This is about service after the sale. This unusable and unsafe condition is not from wear. The dealership agreed to replace all 4 tires. Side note; the salesperson Brian was good to work with.”

Since then my immature, irresponsible landlord managed to lose his copy of the key, I'd only assume that he lost it when he lost ALL of the keys for the entire building!! The skilled folks here at Johns Lock and Key were able to rekey the cylinder and make 3 new keys. This was not cheap,but when it comes to top of the line security there's no compromise. We'll see how long he can hold onto this one this time.”

To be completely honest, the Hyundai Tucson Hybrid was not on our original list of vehicles but once we stumbled onto the Smart Hyundai website and found it, there was almost no turning back. “My experience was between two and three stars I went to go get my car aligned and when I got there they took my car they were very nice very respectful but they decided to do diagnostics on my car without getting my approval, so they said they could not do the alignment unless they replace pieces or parts of the vehicle so I said I will come back later when I could pay the full amount. To my surprise they gave me a bill, and I said what's this? he said we charge for Diagnostics I asked please next time before you do diagnostics make sure that the customer is prepared AND AWARE to pay for Diagnostics so technically it was a hidden fee they will RUN DIAGNOSTICS ON YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT ASKING AND CHARGE FOR IT. I THINK THAT'S VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND BAD PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES. Was very upset but since they already did the Diagnostics I did pay for them it, would be nice for them to tell me hey we can't do this and I would decide whether or not to get the Diagnostics.”
