We drive over an hour to get there just to be told right when we walk in the the car was sold. They were horribly impolite about the situation!! We brought cash and were ready to go and they sold it right before our appointment with no heads up!! Furious!! “Our experience every step along the way with Land Rover Bethesda have been awful. If you have a choice I would highly recommend working with another dealer. During the sales process they attempted to charge us for a bunch of dealer items we did not order such as some sort of coating on the paint. Land Rover makes incredible cars and if they needed these things it would be part of the build. And if you want to sell them then be transparent about it. The service process has been worse. We bought our car in December 2022 and it has been in the shop for over 3 months now to have a few items repaired under warranty. They claim there is no wiring diagram for the car. Then they claimed they were having to guess as they reconnected wires because they were all black. Any reasonably competent mechanic would have labeled the wires when removing them. The communication around all of this has been embarrassingly poor. If you have a choice I would go elsewhere to avoid these frustrations.”
