“I came to Everest because of a specific used car they had listed online. I am often wary of unfamiliar used car dealerships but I am glad I gave this one a shot. The price they had listed online was a good price but that doesn't always mean there is a deal to be had. The moment I walked up, I was welcomed by Brad. He invited me and asked how he could help. In glancing at the Google reviews for the dealership, I recognized him from several of the positive reviews I read in route to the dealership. I saw him standing with several reviewers in the photos with their respective purchases. I felt this positive vibe the whole time I was there. Brad was cordial, interested, he asked questions, and he wanted to help. When he brought the car around and I got to look it over, I was impressed by how good of condition it was in. Brad took my info and handed me the keys. I always appreciate a solo test drive, and so I did my part and fell in love with the car. When I got back communication was open and forthright. They held it for me with a small deposit while I waited for a pre-purchase inspection. When my inspection netted some issues, they had their mechanic confirm and repair them (with a nice amount of photos documenting the work). Negotiations were short and painless and I think in the end we both got what we wanted. I got the car I fell in love with and they got another happy customer. “Just purchased a 1996 Ford F150 4 x 4 from Jack Miller Auto Plaza. Salesman Jake Clinton oversaw the deal for me and also was kind enough to pick me up at the Kansas City Airport as I flew in from Denver to complete the deal. I just want to say between the dealership’s professionalism and the friendly, considerate service I received from Jake, I can honestly say this was my best experience ever in buying a car. And I have bought quite a few cars during my lifetime. As for my truck, it was clean, runs great and they gave me a full tank of gas to start the drive back to Denver. Even amid the blowing snow, high winds and cold weather, the truck completed the journey without a hitch. “UPDATED: After posting my original review, Crown reached out and acknowledged that my experience was not what they want for their customers and they went above and beyond to make it right. They came and picked up my vehicle, serviced it at no cost and returned it back to me within a few short hours. I bought my Highlander from Crown Toyota brand new in 2017 (and just paid it off last month🥳) At the time I traded in my Toyota Camry, that I also bought from Crown Toyota (despite never really bring impressed or totally satisfied with their service - I just love Toyotas!). I have always had Crown service my Highlander too. So I took it in today and left it nearly all day in order to have my blinker switch replaced. I would have really been impressed if they would have serviced my vehicle (since when I scheduled the original appointment, I said it needed some other service and the maintenance required lite is clearly on). But whatever. It’s fine. But it would’ve been REALLY cool if they could have at least put air in my freaking low tire! And what’s with a $30 shop charge on top of the labor? Is that “The Crown Difference”? I give them a at best.”

I went to the dealer as a last option and it honestly should have been my first. “I had a very good experience! Justin helped me out quite a bit to get the vehicle I wanted since I was having such a hard time. They were all extremely nice and very helpful. I purchased my vehicle about two months ago. I waited to do the review because I needed to see the issues with the vehicle before I posted. It’s been a really good vehicle except the oil light has come on and hasn’t shut off, along with my tire pressure light and there’s oil in the vehicle and air in the tires, so this must mean a short or something else with the engine which is very worrisome for me but I will be finding out soon enough. Hopefully just a short. The AC works but kicks out warm air and needs to be serviced which is an added expense. I love my car so I wouldn’t change it for the world but knowing this could’ve prepared me a little better for some things. I know owning a used vehicle there will be issues but a non working AC in Oklahoma heat definitely is one thing I could’ve done without it’s one of the reasons I needed a newer vehicle in the first place, since my AC in my older car wasn’t working properly. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and that’s why I gave them the five star especially for Justin and his kindness during a very hard time for me. I greatly appreciate you😊 All in all I absolutely love my car it’s what I’ve been wanting for a few years now after owning my other one for 17 years. I also just really appreciate them helping me get what I wanted!”
