“Bought my 2020 RX 350 CPO. Buying experience was great however I am disappointed my first service visit. Scheduled for a dashboard noise diagnosis and also the engine oil sign needed to reset as it was changed 10k ago. When I dropped off my car the service rep wanted to do a Inspection(Service 3) which I corrected by saying just needed to reset oil change message. To my utter surprise I was billed $95.99 for the visual inspection. I wished I had read the document before I signed. This was a case of miscommunication with the customer or just could be simply trying to over sale the stuff that I don’t need. I hope the service department be more straightforward with their customer. Update: Alisabelle reached out to me regarding the miscommunication. She listened to what happened that day patiently to rectify this issue. After a good discussion, we came to an agreement of getting a free oil change on my next service visit. Also, Bel Air will take another look to the dashboard noise problem in January. Not only this, I addressed all my little concerns with the car and my future service needs. She will work on them. Bottom line is, this how a legitimate business should be run and earn customer satisfaction. I appreciate this approach; hence, a 5 star!”

“CampMart was an awful experience. We went looking for an RV and immediately kept getting left for other customers. We explained our credit wasn't the best from Covid but we had been working hard on it; however after saying that the service got even worse. We heard nothing during the application process, everytime we would call for an update our sales guy Hussain was never available. He would text and say he wasn't in while the receptionist would say he is busy helping customers. Hussain nor the company treated us fairly during this whole experience. Finally after reaching out so many time Hussain tried 1 bad credit pla e vs banks like we suggested since we had great repore with on time payments. So the bad credit place of course said they would finance at such a high interest rate that the 12 foot tent trailer worth $15,000 that we wanted at the end of the term we would of paid $108,000. That's right over $100,000 for a tent trailer built like crap. Camp Mart completely judged us and didn't listen when we already knew we would be approved by a bank, they lost a sale, a potential customer and any positive word of mouth. Completely unprofessional, judgment and misleading promotions. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are not in it for the customer at all.”

The most remarkable part was them asking specific questions regarding our tow vehicle (wow a RV dealer that cares about ensuring towing capabilities! It is scary the number of dealers that will sell overweight trailers). This dealer has integrity, is honest, and transparent! From the negotiations, to signing the paperwork... the entire process has been AMAZING! One of the BEST purchasing experiences we have ever had! The only bad thing is that we have to wait 6 long months to use our beautiful new trailer (hey 417Rv…anything you could do about that!!! 😝). Wish I could give more than 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
