“Master Mechanic Oshawa is spot on. From when you open the door, the two ladies behind the desk always have a smile. You're treated as a person instead of number. My reason for going to this mechanic shop is to have my tires changed and stored. I live in Toronto and making the drive to Oshawa is worth every penny. The cost of changing my tires $50 and storing my tires, $50, is a lot better then $280-$340 it is in Toronto. The wait time is awesome. I come, drop my car off, read a couple of emails and poof my tires are changed. I get a personal reminder that it's that time of the year with a phone call. To know someone cares is the best. “I purchased a 5 Hp Honda outboard motor, from a sales person here, loaded the motor in my truck, I realized shortly after I had purchased a long shaft, rather than the short shaft I required. When I tried to take it back unused still in my truck, I was very rudely dismissed even when I requested to purchase a new larger unit. This dealer dumped their limited inventory on me, when I told them I would leave a negative review, they threatened me! I took a 700.00$ loss at a legitimate dealer, who pointed out, when it was placed in my truck, it was wrong side up, draining out the oil. Never trust customer service here for good after sales support Chris Singh is the sales manager that utterly dismissed any concerns I had, I’m not sure if it’s new management, but I have never been treated so disrespectfully with such disregard to business etiquette! I also contacted Honda Canada who was very quick to advise they were a privately owned dealership with more than one negative review! Thank You to Honda dealer in Barry for their wonderful customer service, and the purchase of my new 15 HP outboard!”

“I made a reservation for a seven seater car for one week. I received the confirmation for the car rental. The rental office called me 3 hours before the reservation saying they don’t have a car to give me and that they only saw my reservation the morning of. They didn’t provide me with any resolution. They simply said they could not give me a rental. Terrible customer service and overall experience. The manager Matt is uncooperative and rude. Do not book with this location, they have no respect for your plans or time.”
