“Please do not do business with this company, i recently purchased a Rolls Royce from them and i cannot express how disappointed i am with the entire experience. From start to finish , it has been an absolute nightmare. They promised me a top notch vehicle but what i recd from them was far from it. A car with 1700 miles had the wheels replaced with the tires which were very worn out. The so called inspection they claimed was never performed, There were issues with the Starlight roof which they promised to replaced it but was never done, . The car came with missing accessories. I was forced to send the car back to them to get these issues fixed. They kept the car for 45 days and put 500 miles on it and installed cheap tires the brand that is unheard off. On top of this their GM Mr. Stephan Waisman has the audacity of cursing me out on the phone. I deeply regret choosing Elite motor cars of Miami for my car purchase. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from them to think twice. Kindly find a dealership that values honesty, transparency and customer service. My experience with Elite motor cars of Miami was a Nightmare, and i would not wish it up on anyone else.”

My current vehicle check engine light came on and brought the vehicle in due to light, however was told by the service advisor that it will take about 7 to 10 business days for diagnostic and they also do not have any loaner vehicles to provide, how could that be if I purchase genesis vehicle and its one of the services they provide as their valet service, very disappointed in the service today. ***An update. Reached via email and phone call, no response to date to either, very disappointed on the treatment.*****”
