I was spoken to by the police about our tinted windows shortly after purchase and the dealership removed the tint free of charge, although they maintained that it was legal (I agree, by the way, but wanted it removed to avoid any future hassle). The only reason they lost a star is our trunk situation. During our test drive we couldn't find any way to open the trunk, and we were assured it would all be fixed before we picked the car up. The unlock button on the key fob was fixed, but not the button on the actual trunk. Ultimately it didn't seem worth pursuing further, but it seemed like a small detail which should have been taken care of. Nonetheless, I would recommend this dealership - just keep on top of the details!”

“Zero customer service. Did not honour a discount code I called in to use on an order before it shipped. On the phone they told me to email them as they would just issue a refund later. I said if the order hasn't shipped yet then I can just cancel it and reorder using the discount code, they said no I had to email. Paid for express shipping and asked on the phone if the order would be delivered on a Saturday then (placed Wed, did not ship till mid day Friday) which they said yes. Order didn't arrive until Tuesday. Essentially got scammed on shipping. I tried calling again two weeks later, and I explained to someone what happened. The guy said "let me check" and left meet on hold for 23 minutes. I just hung up because that's unacceptable. Order from people who won't scam you and rip you off.”

“I went with THE TRAILERMAN in Brampton. Cheaper and faster. I tried to use the services offered here, but the prices were not competitive enough. I reviewed and received quotes from 3 hitch installation businesses and then U-Haul, which doesn't count as comparable competition in my opinion nor the representative of this business. These guys come highly recommended, and I'm sure they do a good job. However their price points were far above the competition. After reviewing the quotes provided, I see an substantial difference in the labour charges. The pricing on the parts were competitive if you might be looking to the do the install yourself.”
