“Purchased a vehicle from this dealership roughly 3 months ago. As expected the service upon purchase was great with no problems with Kelly (go see her if your going to buy used), as expect with Mercedes especially when buying an AMG model. Unfortunately that great service stopped after the papers were signed and they didn't have the car anymore. I was told I would get a courtesy call to a week later to see if everything was good with the vehicle, nothing. Since I purchased the car I've been trying to get to help and connect my Mercedes to my phone so I can start the car and warm it up. (because as we know our winters are difficult) or even to lock or unlock the car to make sure my valuables are safe. I've been getting excuses that one individual quit (starts with the letter "R" don't want to say his name for privacy reason to the public). Then I leave a voicemail I get an email saying something voicemail I get an email saying something was modified without having called me? (individual name starting with "V"). With all of that back and forth nonsense I was tired and decided to call the head office to get some supper and sure enough that was a real Mercedes service. I do believe this dealership is capable of providing the right Mercedes treatment as the many positive reviews speak for themselves but unfortunately for it wasn't the case. My review is subject to change or removed if the dealership decides to do something about it. I felt this to be the only way to getting any action done as calling, emailing don't work.
