“Bought a used $45,000 vehicle with 20,000km. and noticed when i got back home (2hours away) that it was due for a oil change . They did not want to cover the oil change cost in my area ($165) Witch i find ridiculous. They ended up mailing me a $50.00 check to cover some of the cost but i had to call and fight for it! Something as simple as a oil change should be automatically done when buying a $45,000 car. What do you guys think? . i guess $110 is more important to a big Toyota dealer then a satisfied client! Its not so much about the money part, Its the fact that we had to waste 3 hours of our time to go to Toyota for a oil change when we just spent $45,000 on a Rav4. Other then that, it was good witch is why i gave 2 stars.”
