Unfortunately we noticed couple of issues on the used vehicle and we couldn’t move forward with the deal. Later we visited to check out few other options but the next time another person comes to us it was not so great experience. It was not professional at all and the person seems to pay no attention to us. It looked like they have no interest into getting into a deal. Forcing to take their own finance and no interest to wait. Well, we don’t have to visit this place again.”

“Staff was friendly and welcoming. That’s why they get one star. Now on to the service. They were quick about getting back to me on what needed to be done. However after I declined the work I went to pick up my car and they wanted to charged me for 2 diagnostics. How are you going to charge me for 2 when you did everything all at once. A diagnostic is when you go over what is wrong with the car. Just cause there were 2 things wrong with the car doesn’t mean you should be able to charge double for it. If you did the diagnostic at 2 different times then that is on you not me. I brought it in and expected to pay the diagnostic fee of 165. However when you want to add on another 165 because you had to do “2” diagnostic then that is where you lose all my business in the future. I don’t care if you cut one of those fees in half. I expected one diagnostic and that’s what I was going to pay. However now because you want to charge me double you will not get any more service from me and I will tell everyone I know and can not to come here.”

“DO NOT SHOP HERE! The worst experience I've ever had ATTEMPTING to look at cars. I had made a general appt to come in during business hours, online. No one greeted me when I came in. Just stood awkwardly in the middle until some woman, that didn't want to help me, pointed to an older man. Fred then sat me down. I already had a car I had been looking at online in mind. He pulls out a PAPER LIST of cars from YESTERDAY. I ask about the car I'm interested in, he disappears for 5 - 7 minutes to say he doesn't have it because it sold yesterday. So I ask about the lesser version of the same car, leaves again and comes back. It's been sold too. So looking at SAME OLD LIST cars list from yesterday, ask for 2 others. He leaves for another 5 - 7 minutes comes back, 1 is dead so it needs to be charges, not a good sign for a car sales company to have cars that are dead. The second car, there are no keys because it's being serviced and won't be back until tomorrow. It's really strange how the 4 cars I wanted to see were unavailable. Understandably 2 cars sold but why is there an old list we are looking at? Why aren't your cars charged if you're trying to sell them? Why aren't other team members aware of cars being taken to be serviced? So I tried to look at 4 cars and this company AVIS CAR SALES is the most unorganized, unprofessional, antiquated in their systems in place, and lazy. I'll never purchase a car here after seeing how the employees act, what the company deems acceptable, and feeling like I'm not wanted as a customer. I took my money elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!”
