“Having purchased my last vehicle at another dealer with a "haggle-free" experience, this was a step backward. I was disappointed by what I can only describe as "slimy" or deceitful tendencies that Ross displayed throughout the process. I would have walked had I not gone direct to his manager to finish the deal on the vehicle I wanted. There is no reason I should be able to get a better price or terms on a car because I negotiate harder than the person next to me. I encourage Luther to step into the 2020s and treat all customers equally by not compensating sales staff based on the profit they can "milk" out of individual customers.”

“We took my Kia in for routine oil change maintenance twice. The first time, they left several bolts that secure the bottom plastic cover below the oil pan off. The second time we took the Kia in for a oil change, they did not connect the air filter cover on correctly, and we noticed the engine sounding considerably louder due to the excess air getting to the engine. Luckily we were able to identify the issue (they left the tabs "unlocked" and then just tried to smash the cover on top despite a noticeable gap).”
