“I had an excellent experience at Mini/BMW Laval. My salesman, François Richmond, went above and beyond the call of duty. Every detail that was discussed (paint touch ups, tires, etc) was done when I picked the car up. Additionally, they put new brakes and tires all around, changed the fog lamps as one was cracked, new wipers, new rear window washing system, etc. The car could have passed for new. I asked for a copy of the car’s service history and was given it instantly. I must point out that I bought the cheapest and oldest Mini they had on their lot but one would have never known it by the stellar service I received. Jonathan Ghandour was also great. The financing part of buying a car is what I dread most. He was quick and efficient, and didn’t pressure me into buying add-ons that I didn’t want. The best car buying experience I’ve had.”

“Had a good used-car buying experience from them. The service was smooth and flawless. However, the receptionist may need to learn a few things on customer service. No smile even to the first customer in the morning, who is there to buy a car. I sure was not dressed in a suit but you should treat everyone equally irrespective of how they look. Anyway, I am happy with my purchase and that is all what matters to me. Can't comment on the service department.”

“Terrible service. I have a Kia Sportage 2023 that constantly sends me notifications / warnings with a very annoying “ding” almost every 30 seconds while driving; telling me that the road ahead is uneven, or it’s slippery. I have reported my problem to KIA Lallier, brought my car in and wasted 2 hours of work time for them to tell me that there’s nothing they can do. I HAVE A BRAND NEW LEASED CAR !!!!! Less than a year & there’s nothing they can do? I called Kia Canada & yet they told me to communicate with my dealership which is Kia Lallier. I have been told multiple times that I would get a call back from them! THEY NEVER CALL BACK THEIR CUSTOMERS! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!”
