“My advice is go elsewhere for service. I took my truck there for a passenger side airbag recall. The airbag cover was not installed properly and it was greasy/dirty. Picture attached. If if looks this way on the surface I can only imagine what they did where I can't see. See picture. How did they possibly miss this? More like they just don't care.”

“Exceptional service! Above and beyond! I recently wrote a review about my experience with a battery replacement and warranty issue. I was charged for a battery replacement 4 months after I purchased my CX-5. I was pissed!! Didn't speak to the sales department, didn't speak to a manager. I just paid it and left angry. JUST came back for an oil change and spoke with their product specialist (Kirk Anastasi) and the sales director (Larry Peruzzi) and explained my previous experience. These two guys went above and beyond to compensate me and relieve my frustration. Extremely hospitable, understanding and considerate of how I felt. I'm actually looking at the new CX-90 now lol.
