Finally came here (would of came here sooner just a 50 minute drive from me) and very happy I did. Charley had such great energy and welcomed us as soon as we stepped in and made sure to help in anywayhe could. Made sure we could check out every car, explained details and price. Found a perfect one and am so happy with it so far. Got me down to a price I was very happy with and even paid for my new plate and tags! Alex was also a very good help and knew everything about every vehicle we asked about! She explained everything in my new car and how to use them. “As a woman and experienced new car buyer (every 3 years) dealing with the salesman and manager was not pleasant…it was the typical painful game of haggling/lying/bait switch/etc. most dealers play. I went in with my mother to buy her a new Envision…We were told several times “that is our best price”…so I had to play the game with them for a couple weeks…waste of time. Plus, they tried to undercut the value of our trade in by half…despite me doing the research online…then after we see them selling it online for twice what they said “we could only sell it for this much”…LIES! We finally got to the price I wanted…after I did all the work for rebates, discounts, etc. (after pushing the staff) Then the final straw was us going in to pick up the car, still excited, but the car was not prepped…just lightly washed. It still had dirt in every seam from the carrier trip, grim all over the glass roof, residue from adhesive, and plastic film on gauges/lights. We complained and got nothing. Really disappointing experience…would not recommend. No follow-up on our experience…nothing from dealer or Buick. Only positive was person in finance was very pleasant and got us out quickly. I guess paying in cash helps…haha But…then we never received our title in the mail. When I called to have them help and order a new one they just gave us a phone number to call SOS on our own…UGH! (Remember we are paying for this)”

After giving Suburban two attempts at a reasonable offer, I ultimately took my business to a competing Mazda dealership, who gave me a fair offer on my trade-in and offered a slightly better sale price on the vehicle I purchased: a 2024 CX-5. Because of this experience, I’m unlikely to consider Suburban in the future or recommend it to my friends and family.”

“One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. I was able to deal with the owner of the business directly and his knowledge on cars (especially Porsche) was amazing. We negotiated a very fair deal so I purchased the car and any time I had a question, he or someone on his was able to answer or help me. There is no doubt they care about their customers. On a side note, I participated in the annual Christmas Toy Drive held by the business to benefit underprivileged families or children (Ronald McDonald House of Charities was the benefactor in 2022). It was so great to see this business get involved in the community and hold such a great event. I will certainly do business with them again!”
